If you didn't receive your documents from Questora, I recommend you to write complaints to them and to the university or other organisations you find appropriate. My personal experience: could not get my student card for 8months, every time got this temporary piece of sheet. Last time came to them, was rejected again, they tried to give me this temporarily sheet again, wrote them that their negligence would be reported, got my student card next week. Do not let them behave like this to you, respect your time and money.
