Mikor fiókvezetőt kértem hirtelen lett ügyintéző aki fogadott. Máshol ez max fél óra s nem röhögnek a képembe. Wait 3 hours to get their money back. Ennek ellenére 10-ből 7 alkalommal nem tudok rámenni az automata “pénzbefizetés” opcióra. Nem az első eset, de a mai napon szintén már zsinórban 2.-3. napja próbálok pénzt rakni a kártyámra. A munkabeosztásom miatt személyesen nem tudok bemenni, hogy ott tegyek rá pénzt. Ha nyitva is lennének amikor én még nem dolgozom, akkor várni nem tudok fél óra-órát mire sorra kerülök. Bár csak keveset, de volt hogy egyes szolgáltatók az ilyen esetek miatt számoltak fel késedelmi díjat… A pénz levételt (igaz, hogy nehezen) még megérteném, hogy nem elérhető, mert kifogy a pénz az automatából (közvetlen a bank mellett), de a befizetés egyszerűen nem értem, hogy miért ekkora kihívás a gépnek?!
