For the first time, I went to the OTP in Kazincbarcika to inquire about a home loan, and the competent lady I sat with did not take me seriously at all. He barely wanted to help and say anything about what I could expect, what my options would be. Then after I said that my partner and I were paying for home savings, he entered the system with a big sigh and pretty much said a few info. They could not provide me with credit because no construction corresponded to the lack of self-sufficiency. Then my partner and I decided to try another bank. There, they were very friendly and explained everything from the beginning, and we even received the documents needed to get started. Of course, there was already an option with which we could start the process. Then we went back to OTP to end our housing savings and take out the money we had already paid from which we would cover the self-sufficiency without subsidies. So what happened to the same lady was catastrophic. There was no helpfulness in him, he treated us contemptuously and looked at us completely stupid. I had to draw 3 serial numbers running back and forth into the room and sitting at the counters next to each other until I got my paid money (at Counter 3) after 50 minutes. (It was completely incomprehensible to me why these processes could not be redirected with a serial number to the other counter) And after that he just told me that my pair also had to draw a separate serial number so that we could play the same operations. Of course, a good few customers came by then and after an extra 30 minutes of waiting we gave up and left the bank. Then we will take part of my pair to the Miskolc branch. Never again OTP thanks this lady (to put it very gently) ... (blonde short-haired middle-aged lady) as I overlooked her colleagues the cold shook her. I do not understand how a bank can do this, that it employs such people and that it is itself that it can behave in such a hurry.

The administration is terribly slow, the competent clerk needs to be teased by the client to arrange what he needs. Terrible ... anyone is implanted here.

I have had several cases with OTP in the last period, and so I managed to experience again that nothing is going well with them ...

They simply cannot be reached by phone. Disaster!

I initiated the administration with an online appointment. At the entrance desk, a lovely lady offered her help. I didn’t even have time to sit down after drawing a serial number because I was called right away. The clerk only dealt with me, gave me correct information and resolved my case. The drawer is modern, air-conditioned, pleasant.

I had to wait a lot, there was no help at the counter so I waited unnecessarily with the wrong number.

One wants to take out the money saved and they are offended to the blood, punished by phlegm and slow, long-awaited punishment!

There was no problem with the branch office here yet, the clerks were quick and helpful. There is a single ATM within the city.
