G	Gábor Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8:00-kor bementem a bankba pénztárhoz húztam sorszámot (702) 2 ember volt elöttem. 40 perce vártam hogy befizethessek a pénztárba, de ott nem tudom miért de számlát nyitottak elöttem lévők. (Nem értem ezt miért nem ügyintézőnél csinálják vagy irányítják át??? A pénztár az csak pénz be és kifizetésre van vagy nem???? 8:35-kor jött egy új ügyfél és ugyan úgy a pénztárhoz húzott sorszámot de ő az 500.000 ft feletti ki és befizetésre nyomott, akkor durrant el az agyam és hagytam ott a bankfiókot amikor 40 perc várakozás után az utánam következőt előre vették. Na ez a gáz!!!! Lassúak az ügyintézők, kevesen vannak, bénák.... még az 1 csillagot se érdemli meg. 20 éve vagyok erste bankos de nagyot csalódtam most. Az ügyintéző nem tudta, vagy nem akarta lezárni a számlát, ismételten fel kell keresnem a fiókot ez ügyben. Nem értem, hogy egy számlamegszüntetési szándékot miért nem lehet egy lépésben jelezni és elintézni. I contacted my account to close and close my credit account. Nyugodt szívvel javaslom minden kötèlidegzetű embernek! Inkább nekik sem...
