★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sajnos "leráznak" mint befizető - nem tudnak - pénztári befizetésről - kérni egy másolatot több izben is kerestem őket se visszahívás se email-- 5x is bementem ma a fiókba--és már köszönni sem tud a fiók vezető--oda sem jön hozzám---ne haragudjon feri- semmitjen email-jükre nem reagál a pesti fiók -nemtudják felhivni a pénztárt bla bla bla- hát ha lenne minusz 10 beírnám-- mondtam panaszt teszek 1 hónap alatt fel sem hívnak--bank az ilyen?! siralma....
unfortunately "shake it off" as a payer - they don't know - cashier payment - ask for a copy in multiple quests I didn't call them back or email-- 5x I went into the drawer today - and the account manager can't thank me - he doesn't come to me- - don't be sorry feri- nothing their email is not responding to the Pest branch -can't call the cashier blah blah blah- so if I had 10 minus-- I said I wouldn't complain in 1 month - bank like that? Lament ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajtó belülről kulccsal bezárva, csodálkozom, hogy jár még ide ügyfél. Egyik bankban sincs ilyen " covidra" való hivatkozással ügyfél utcán való várakoztatása.
Door locked with a key from the inside, I am amazed that another customer is coming here. No bank has such a "covidra" with reference to waiting for a customer on the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huh a leg kevésbé kedvelt bank egyike, az ügyintézők képtelenek barátságos esetleg kedves kommunikációra, a COVID lezárások idején kb mint ha vakáción lettek volna, ajtó kulcsra zárva nagy kegyesen egy egy ügyfelet beengedtek közben bent ment a csacsogás boldogan az ügyintézők között, régebben ügyfél voltam itt céges ügyben, többször előfordult hogy rossz az ATM így a befizetést csak ügyintézőnél tudtam teljesíteni külön harc volt hogy ez nem az én hibám így ne számoljon erre nekem költséget. Sajnos jellemzően a helyi ügyintézőknek hála senkinek sem javasolnám jó szívvel még ha esetleg maga a bank előnyös lenne sem, hiszen ezek a kedves ügyintézők lennének a segítségünkre.
Huh is one of the least popular banks, the clerks are unable to communicate in a friendly, possibly kind way, at the time of the COVID closures it was as if they were on vacation, the door was locked with great grace. in a corporate case, there were several times that the ATM was bad so the payment could only be made by an administrator, it was a separate struggle that it was not my fault so don't count on me for this cost. Unfortunately, thanks to the local clerks, I would not recommend it to anyone with a good heart, even if the bank itself might be beneficial, as these kind clerks would be of help to us.
