Még problémásabb is voltam az átlagnál, mert kellett nekem menet közben pár perc egy plusz adat bekérésére, amiért félbe kellett hagyni az ügyemet, és újra elővenni, hogy más sorra kerülhessen addig. Nem távoztam negatív élménnyel. I didn't experience anything to complain about. I was even more problematic than average because it took me a few minutes on the fly to ask for an extra piece of data, for which I had to abandon my case and take it out again so that it could be on another line by then. I did not leave with a negative experience.
