Very poor service. The same story every time. We receive the delivery information via email and in the evening receive the “delivery failed” notification. Explanation that the package could not be delivered. Which is very strange because they have all details necessary and we were home the whole day. Will provide negative feedback to Amazon as well since they ship using a express one. Probably a low service cost which the customers can see through the poor service provided.

The worst service. I was waiting for my package literally doing nothing but waiting. I checked the tracking, it showed "Failed, return to the sender". Even the delivery person didn't bother to call or even rang the bell. I called the delivery person but of course he doesn't speak English, I tried to ask him about my package, which shows failed just 10 mins ago, he was so polite and HANG UP ON ME! then I called him again to tell him I was at home why didn't you call or even rang the bell, and of course he HANG UP AGAIN. I called the customer service, no one answer. I send them an email explaining what happened. they responded the next day with a pic of the phone log shows that he called me and I didn't pick it up. Well, according to my call log, I didn't receive a call from the delivery guy. However, my complaining was about HANGING UP while the customer is talking but of course they won't care. If the delivery person doesn't like his job, that's not my problem to treat the customer like you are delivering the package for free.

So far I have only positive experience with Express One. I have received about 10 packages using their service over the last half year, delivery is successful always at the first attempt, and the notifications and the tracking information is very useful. Big like: they send you an estimated time of arrival, a two hour block, and that is my preference, instead of waiting for a packet between 8 AM - 5 PM. :-D (Additional info: my delivery address is in Budapest, IX. district. I speak native Hungarian. I noticed that all of their email communication also includes English version of the text - scroll down to find the relevant section.)

got message 3 days in a row that the delivery is going to be "tomorrow". had to stay home for 3 days for nothing. On the delivery day could not pick up phone of the delivery guy and that is it. Called back after 10 minutes but was already late. You cannot get it once you did not pick up their call! Status of parcel was set to "returning" and help desk said that I have to reorder my stuff, because the package will be returned back to China, regardless of the fact that it is in Hungary right now and I am ready to go anywhere to pick it up.

One of the worst customer service experience! The courier guy delivers it to a neighbouring house, and asks me to go and collect it from there. When I check with the neighbour they deny for any parcel received. When I contacted the customer care, they simply disconnected the phone as soon I explained my situation. I contacted the complaints department, and they come back and say it was courier guy's last day.. so? why should I suffer? and to my surprise they say now my courier can reach only in next 2 days. I SERIOUSLY WISH TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS TO YOU GUYS!

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Instead of receiving my package after staying home for 2 consecutive days, my package is now being returned for unknown reasons. When attempting to contact the customer service over the phone, each and every single agent hung up on me after realizing I do not speak Hungarian. There's absolutely NO help to get, the courier does not understand a single word of English, and they are NOT trying to help you. Will never use EVER again.

This time delivery went well and fast, they've kept, what they've promised! Therefore the positive comment is well earned. Good job! Fast & reliable services like this Hungary would definitely need more of.

Quite possibly the best delivery service I have experienced in Hungary. I have not needed to send something with this company but I often receive packages from them for things I have ordered and can say they have been faultless. You receive emails and SMS on when you package will arrive and usually a 2 hour window time frame which has been accurate 100% of the time. The drivers are friendly, and also call you a couple of minutes before they arrive. Website really easy to use and don't need to use google translate as they have an English language option. Emails sent are both in Hungarian and English too. Very satisfied.
