It took me 1,5 hours to get a simple bluetooth speaker -zero customer focus -terribly unmotivated workers -used to be at a competitive price, not anymore Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced - I would never recommend them under any circumstance
A	Adam Gyarmati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok for picking up orders but the customer service is very slow for warranty issues, I had to wait half an hour to return an item even though there were barely any other customers... Then when I was notified I had to come back and wait again for 20 minutes. In the end they took my broken earphones back but I wish I didn't have to spend an hour for this to happen.
