★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced place where a large part of the assortment is made up of outdated models like powerbanks are with micro USB and not with USB-C in 2019-2020, all of their Black Friday laptops were outdated very thick, heavy and plastic machines with old CPUs, the sales reps on the floor are overloaded and non helpful so most of the time you are there helpless even for 30-60 minutes. The only pros are that they do give refunds for items you return in 24 hours or so unlike many other retailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I have to buy any IT or kitchen product, I come here into this store. Parking is easy down in the garage, and people working here are professional, kind, and friendly. Several of them have been working here for several years, so we recognize each other, familiar faces. Customer service is also easy-going and professional. I am highly recommending the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the guarantee is fixing not changing the item. After too many times, they agree to give me a new item of massage chair but the workers at the services point were very upset as he seems he will be fined about that, which I know it is not. Despite he is speaking good English, I have said thanks to him 3 times and he didn't reply to me. However, due to changing the product, I will update to give 4 stars instead of 3. If you ask me which place is it, it is in Budapest, Mamut Plaza.
