Gave the specifications and they gave me a case. I even questioned if the size is correct as it looked small but they reassured me that is the correct one.
Got home only to find that my MacBook foes not fin in it... ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everyone, there is no information on the website about replacing the battery for the MacBook Pro, I wrote to the chat, which does not work. It also seemed to me that it was very wierd that the website itself wasn’t translated into English, not everyone knows Hungarian. Hint: if you translate the website into English, you can increase your profits. And delete the chat, since the person who is responsible for this does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to repair my phone and they could not say a word what they can do and help. I was too naive and left my phone there for a week and they told me they will call me in a day. They not just did not call me but i had to write them an email about my phone. All in all they are incompetent and know nothing about apple products. Also the wait in line is ridiculously long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went in with our iphone, because the back side got damaged. Instead of helping us they took away all the warranty we had left :D and that would be fine but they did it very arrogantly and disrespectfully. Very bad place, i am ashamed that i ordedred from here, from now on i will definetly avoid this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff there was unhelpful and addressed me in an arrogant way that would be unacceptable in any store, more so in a place that sells high-end products.
Judging from other people's reviews, I am not the only one who experienced such attitude.
Fortunately, they're not the only Apple reseller in Budapest so there are other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time for someone to help you is at least a couple of hours. I wanted to buy a simple phone charger. I ask the seller if she could unlock it (everything is locked) and she refused. Is it too hard to get decent people to work in a store?
