Hiába írták rá a számlánkra eladáskor, hogy ezt díjmentesen megteszik, amikor esedékes lett a dolog ki akarták fizettetni mondván, hogy az eladó aki anno értékesítette a jeggyűrűt, már nem dolgozik ott, és amúgy is rosszul írta meg a garanciánkat. Tájékozatlanok, és a vevőközpontúság ismeretlen számukra. 1* Incorrect, arrogant team. The wedding ring I bought for my wife was returned for warranty sizing. Even though they wrote to our account at the time of sale that they would do it free of charge when the thing was due they wanted to pay it off saying that the seller who sold the wedding ring that year was no longer working there and had written our warranty badly anyway. They are uninformed and the customer focus is unknown to them. * 1

Nincsenek kiírva az árak amikor megkérdeztük valamire, hogy mennyibe kerül az ékszermellé bedugott cetliről elkezdett pötyögni a számológépébe az eladó és utána mondott egy árat. Gyakorlatilag azt mondanak amit akarnak. Ezen felül arogáns szemtelen viselkedés jellemző az eladókra, amúgy meg valószínűleg nem is akarnak semmit eladni, mert aki megtapasztalja azt a stílust amit megendgednek maguknak az kimenekül a boltból. Az egy csillag is túl sok ennek a boltnak! Outrageous gang!
