★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem elég hogy az ember kifizeti a szállítási költséget, áfát, a vámmentes termékekre is vámkezelési díjként, kisebb tételekre is 6600Ft-ot ráhúznak, újabban külön "előlegezési díjat" számítanak fel .... és természetesen előre már nem lehet fizetni ... micsoda véletlen ez további 5400Ft ?
 It is not enough for a person to pay the shipping cost, VAT, a duty-free fee of HUF 6600 is charged on duty-free products as well, more recently a separate "advance fee" is charged .... and of course it is no longer possible to pay in advance ... what coincidence it is an additional 5400 HUF ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for a parcel for a long time now, they are blaiming the hungarian tax services but actually Fedex is not sending ONE PAPER for the tax services for a week. Not responding for any emails, not taking phone calls. Unacceptable quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm terribly disappointed in FedEx Hungary. Unfortunately, my parcel got stuck with them, I sent my travel luggage home to Hungary which never arrived while I was in the country and it's due to the unresponsiveness of the customer service. I got an email saying they will get back to me, but this never happened, only after I chased them with a few emails- Don't be bothered calling them, they answered once out of 50! attempts of getting in touch. I asked them to kindly contact me (many times), and I even got a dismissive & rude email back stating that this issue is not with the particular CS representative (but never pointed me who to contact for further help). Now I had to arrange for a return shipment through the original parcel company I booked the service with - guess who has to cover the fee for that? Ridiculous, would not recommend to use FedEx Hungary, they know nothing about helping customers who are relying on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was supposed to receive a shipment via Express delivery. The good thing is, that i got a call from a person about the customs paperwork the same day it arrived at their location. But then, even though I submit my papers exactly as they wanted to, it took ages for it to clear customs. Not only that but the opening Hours state that you can call them from 8:00. Well, after their lengthy automated messages blabla at the beginning of their call, once I was supposed to be transferred to a person, the line just hangs up over and over and over again. The following day, once I actually got through to someone, it was - of course - a person who could not help me, trying to transfer me, but - again of course - that transfer failed as the phone just rang and rang and nobody picked up the phone.
So, no possibility to call them, at all. Very infuriating.
Also, when I responded to their official email address, one Employee set his private out of office message to that mailbox. So when sending them an email, everyone for the duration of "Gabor's" holiday got an auto out of office message that "Gabor" is not available.
That's the professionalism we are witnessing here. Its ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever again I would send or receive one more package with FedEx. It's simply cruel. Read the terms and conditions very careful if you consider to send with them! Not recommended at all!
