All orders from Amazon or any other companies are able to arrive without any issues. But for some unknown reason, UPS is unable to handle the delivery information themselves. You extra need to call them, provide those details and than hope, that you will receive your package, after "the information was verified" which is approximately one week. No wonder of course that the UPS call handler was also "more than rude". This is a joke of a company. I really hope future orders won't get to be "delivered" by this company

Simply terrible, every time I have to get something from UPS there are a lot of problems. Every other courier service either calls me or at least sends me an address from which I can pick up my package, UPS will many times simply refuse to deliver to my apartment (in a central address) and send the package back. Solving any problems with them always requires a lot of time and work, IF the problem gets solved at all. This is the first time in my life I actually put in the work to write a negative review about something, they are really bad, by far the worst courier service available.

UPS Hungary is a joke. I can only repeat what the others already wrote: no tracking, no call, no doorbell, nothing in the mailbox. They wrote the delivery was attempted without success at a time when I was sitting at my desk looking out of the window. Update: We called their customer service, repeated our address and phone number. Today, we received yet another message that the delivery was unsuccesful because of missing address. I have no words.

Regardless the address was correct (our company is in the same Logistic Park, but another building only 300m away...), contact name and phone number was on business package, UPS put an exception NSP (No Such Person or Business) on the package WITHOUT ANY SIGNATURE and did not deliver nor called for correction. Had to go in person to pick it up. This is not the first time it goes bad, last time courier failed to find family house at street number 72 (between 70 and 74...) and I had to collect package by myself... Room for improvement.

My boss from the US sent me a gift before Christmas UPS Hungary claimed they tried to delivery it. I was never contacted until 2 months later by mail to pay a customs fee. A month later I contacted them again said it was in the US and I called UPS in the US and they said it was abandoned and still somewhere in Hungary or destroyed. I am petrified to use UPS Hungary as I have to fight and look for location of anything sent to me every time without them ever notifying me that it has arrived in the country or if they tried to deliver it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!!!

I would give it a zero-star review if I could; worst delivery experience in my whole life. I’ve been expecting a small package from Spain. It was supposed to arrive in 1-2 business days with UPS. Upon receiving the email from UPS, I checked the tracking to see where my package is, their system showed the package to be delivered in an additional 3 days on top of the originally promised 2-business-day-window. I wasn’t happy, but it was still within the timeframe that worked for me. On the 3rd day, I gave them a call almost at the end of the business day to see what’s the hold up as I’d already postponed a trip to get my package before leaving for a longer holiday. The customer support agent I talked to stated that the package was handed over for customs, and that they most probably will release it within a few buisness days, she said it almost laughingly, that this can happen despite the fact that I had ordered from within the EU to an EU country. No notification, nothing about an ETA. Although I have left for my holiday in the meantime, I kept checking back on the delivery estimate to track the package, I even set up an SMS notification to see where it was. The system then told me that there was some issue with the delivery details. When I called the customer support again, another agent told me that the courrier had tried to delivered the package, but failed due to missing a monile phone number despite the fact that I had asked to get SMS updates to my mobile number so it was in their system. I ordered the package 2 weeks ago from Barcelona, I haven’t yet received the pair of sunglasses and the estimation now says that I have asked a delivery date correction and will be delivered in 2 days. Ridiculous, avoid UPS at any cost, try DHL, GLS or even the Hungarian post office.

The people I spoke with on the phone and in person were all very helpful (thus the 2 stars). However my experience was horrible (as it has often been in the last 3 years). I suspect drivers are unable to cope with the volumes expected of them and just go back without delivering. My parcel was delayed for 4 days (every day I would get a message that the delivery would be made the next day) and I had to pick it up myself from their warehouse, which cost me 50EUR in taxi. Not happy, as the cost to send the parcel was 50 eur too. Recommend UPS management to take action and resolve the customer experience and meanwhile, customers to avoid them.

Communication with customer is terrible, no way to find out the delivery details. After numerous calls to customer service, I finally got info that my delivery was postponed as some details were missing (even though all contact details were provided), then after waiting for another 2 days, I was informed that the delivery is due to arrive today, but of course it didn't. I called Customer Service again and was informed that my package was delivered to a UPS access point. When I tried to find our why it was not delivered to my address, the operator just hung up the phone. Do not use UPS service!
