We spoke with them over 3 weeks ago, they promised that they could do the job however no call backs. When we eventually managed to speak with them they told us they were too busy, told us to be more patient and to wait longer to see if they could resolve. Our event is in 10 days, how do they expect us to wait any longer.
Please beware when using this company they are unprofessional with zero communication skills.
