★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Webshopból rendeltem: fogkrémet kaptam bevágva, romlottan. Zenélő fogkefét vettem lányomnak, zúgott, búgott, csalódás volt. Ellenben felhívtak, hogy tudnak kárpótolni, cserélni. Korrekt módon kínáltak megoldást, ez pozitív tapasztalat! Nekik tényleg számít, hogy elégedett legyen a páciens/vevő.
I ordered it from a webshop: I got toothpaste cut in, spoiled. I bought a musical toothbrush for my daughter, it was buzzing, buzzing, it was a disappointment. Instead, they called that they could make up for it, replace it. They offered a solution correctly, it is a positive experience! It really matters to them that the patient / customer is satisfied.
