★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had an online experience with them. I'm from Buchares RO and they have a website in Romania named rapcity.ro. I had no idea that the order will be shipped from Hungary until I placed the order. Unfortunately the sneakers were a size too small and I wanted to change them with a bigger size. They were happy to change those, but I had to pay the shipping. IT COST ME 128 lei WHICH IS ALMOST 10000 huf... On top of that, they also made me pay for the shipping of the second pair. rapcity.ro is a scam, they are from Budapest. If you want to change sizes or return the product you'll pay a lot of money. Don't buy from them if you're from Romania!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers, they lie that they deliver in 3 days and after 3 days when called ,they didn't even sent the parcel!! When asked them to cancel the order, they just cancelled with no apology! Shame on this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small choice of shoes and though some of the employees are helpful and nice, the person on the checkout is unpleasant, sometimes even rude, making me to not wanting to go back there. Luckily there is an other store that recently opened in Budapest with far more choice and much nicer and helpful employees including those at the checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from Rapcity!!!! Ordered a pair a Kyre. Return them after 5 days. After 30 days i got the an answer from Rapcity that they don’t refund me the money because the parcel label was stick on the box. Now after 45 day i don’t have the refund and neither the Kyre which i ordered . So stay away from them i you don’t want to be scammed!!!
