★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem egy terméket több mint 2 hónapja. Előrendelés volt, azt írták kb. 2 hét alatt szerzik be. A terméket a mai napig nem szállították le, az eltelt időben a shop kapcsolatfelvételt velem ez ügyben nem kezdeményezett (én írtam nekik).
Azt gondolom, egy részükről időben elküldött üzenet, hogy elnézést, nem tudnak szállítani, vagy hogy várok-e még, megfelelően kulturált ügyfélkezelés lett volna.
A terméket megvettem máshol, ebből az üzletből meg a dolgok jelenlegi állása mellett nincs értelme előrendelni.
 I ordered a product over 2 months ago. It was pre-ordered, it was written approx. Acquired in 2 weeks. The product has not been delivered to date, the shop has not initiated contact with me on this matter (I wrote to them).
I think a message sent from them in time to say sorry, they can’t deliver, or if I’m still waiting, would have been properly cultured customer service.
I bought the product elsewhere, there is no point in pre-ordering from this store and the current state of affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szemüveges, tetovált eladó kivétel nélkül mindig lekezelő és flegma, mindenre az a válasz, hogy azt nem tartjuk, meg sem várja, hogy mit keresel. Szinte semmi nincs náluk raktáron, teljesen mindegy, a webshop mit ír. Emiatt és a minősíthetetlen stílus miatt inkább rendelek külföldről, mint hagyok náluk százezer forintokat, amire nekik látszólag nincs igényük.
The spectacled, tattooed seller, without exception, is always condescending and phlegmatic, the answer to everything is that we don’t hold it, we don’t even look forward to what you’re looking for. They have almost nothing in stock, it doesn't matter what the webshop writes. Because of this and the unqualified style, I would rather order from abroad than leave them with hundreds of thousands of forints, which they apparently do not need.
