★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pakistan guy and blonde the lady are terribly rude. We were choosing what to get and the guy yelled at us to hurry up, then I replied sorry but there is only one person behind and he denied the food to us and asked us to leave. Never been treated like this before in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The employees are extremely rude, arrogant and impolite. Everything is dirty and the employees touch everything with their hands. Definitely not even remotely close to Fornetti standards. Do yourself a favor and go to the Fornetti which is located on the surface 400 meters away; they know how to deal with customers and will give you better Fornetti food.
