★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, if you wait long enough to get it - at the International Bus Station Nepliget where people are in a hurry. Stuff rude, arrogant, disrespectful and slow, if you ask them for improvement, they will stop working completely, not to mention that they speak only Hungarian (common problem in Budapest, Hungarian capital packed with tourists). Buy food for your trip in a shop accross the hall, people are kind, friendly, efficient and they speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of salty and sweet pastries. Even many panini available. Everything I got was well made (and cooked), fresh, and price is in the norm. However, staff is just so rude, unwilling to serve and lazy, and that has put me off going back during lunch break. That's a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and affordable bakery with a big variety of sweet pastries savoury rolls. Got a rocket, ham and tomato roll for 550 HUF. They also have a variety of juices, soft drinks and dairy drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the choice of food and the stuff is pretty cheerful and helpful. Though, even they tried to warm up my food it still stayed cold inside. I was upset. I really wanted a warm one. Everything else is great!

I got a slice of pizza and asked for them to heat it up and he refused but had failed to tell me they wouldn’t heat it up before I paid. Rude rude people and so much attitude. Don’t be in this industry if you don’t have the most basic of customer service skills.
