I dont know where to start from. The staff (lady with pink hair) is the most rude person I've come across. No matter how polite you get, she is still the same. I have been to this place several times, its always good when this particular lady is not around. She talks as if we are there to eat the food for free and that she is doing us a favour by giving us what we ordered. Really??? We just visited this place at 16:00 only to know that this lady has shut down the shop because she was having her lunch. Whateven is this??? On knocking the door she looked at us from inside as if she would eat us instead of the food. we still waited for another 15 minutes and there were a couple of more people wanting to get inside(equally annoyed) , but nothing. She was still chilling on the phone while having her so called lunch and conveniently shutting down the shop during the official hours.

We arrive at 2.55 am and the place is supposed to close at 3, the waitress with pink hairs just throw all the pizzas in the trash in front of us (we told her that we were ready to pay more for it)… Big food wastage and unfriendly reception…

This place deserves no business with the current staff. Frankly I'm the type that could care less about their attitudes as long as I get my food and it's good, but when the employees act like you're annoying them with your patronage, it's time to find another business to support. And it's just Ok pizza, on top of everything. The pink haired girl was alright (I'd still fire her) but the rotund girl appears annoyed about life in general and definitely is not happy to see customers. Find new employees because I'm sure this place is losing business because of them

Worst service ever in my life. Pizza is good, but the lady in the night shift is the most rude person in the world, she should be fired. Negligible, unpleasant… just horrible as a person.

Fantastic pizza... Better than most pizzas I had on my recent stint in Italy

Pizza deserves 4.5 stars i really enjoy it But i can't not mention how rude and unprofessional some employees can be. If you don't like the job you are doing go home and let somebody in a need take your place

Dear Owner, Despite all the negative reviews about your pink haired employee, you still haven’t lived up to your promise of solving the issue with her. This girl needs to be fired immediately. We have encountered her twice. The first time, she refused to make us a pizza for takeaway, even though it was early in the night and there was no one in the pizzame. The second time, today, we walk in, and she’s already being super rude. She tells us in a very rude manner to tell her what slices, and we do. When we paused, to make sure she got it in the computer system, she shouted at us to keep telling her. We were shocked. Then, we asked her to heat up the slices because it was obviously not fresh. SHE REFUSED, saying she opened 2!!! Minutes ago. It was 14:20 when we came in. You open at 11. She didn’t heat them up and we left. As we carried the pizza we realized it’s not warm at all. We came back and asked her to heat it up and she didn’t want to, and asked us if we put oil or anything on it, as an excuse to not heat it up. Luckily, we didn’t put anything on it. After she put the slices back in the box, she didn’t even close and give it to us. She shouted as we walked out “YOURE WELCOME” in an ironic way. You have read multiple reviews about this same employee, please, get rid of this, because we don’t see as many clients at ferenciek as at other locations. This is obviously the reason.

I really don’t know what the other reviews are talking about. The pizza is great for a take away place and the service is great. The lady who works there was very friendly, helpful and patient. A 15 minute wait for a freshly made pizza is also not a lot. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely go here again :)
