Good prices, great and flexible service. I used their service both in Budapest and Vienna.

They attracted you by lower price. once you get hooked, your deposit will be butchered. I have paid 238EUROS and plus 40EUROS administration fee on my deposit. just for fix damage on 3cm scrathes on the bumper. the manager said they already show mercy on me. the 3cm scrathes need THREE days to fix in garage. and they could charge me more if they want. Therefore, i suggest all of you to consider carefully on this company, choose a big and good one in the airport. even the rental price will higher a bit. but your deposit will be protected.

We have rented cars in many countries, also in Hungary 4 times. This is the only company where we experienced incorrect and mean treatment. Car returned in perfect condition. 2 guys looked and looked for about 10 minutes for not visible damage. They even went under the car to find something. Finally they said that one wheel has 15 cm discoloring on the metal. There was something hardly seeable - picture attached, but this must have been on the wheel at the time of the rental and no car rental company would treat this as a damage. They said they keep 78 Eur back from the deposit, but they doubled this amount. Don't rent from them!

Very professional, 5 STAR - costumer service orientated business. This is the 2nd time when I get cars from them and I absolutely satisfied with the service what I just received. No doubt that in the future I will choose them again as well again. The controlling and managing process was amazing from Mr. Peter Klenk, just like the airport shuttle from Mr. Zoltan Horvath! All you want when you travel is to be stress free and my experience was just that. The reason why it's not a 5 star is that when I returned the car it took me around 25 minutes to try and find the place as Google or the address on the card is incorrect.

HORROR Experience If you want to have nightmares, lose your money and to miss your holiday, rent from Fox Auto. I have rented a Toyota Corolla from the 15 to 17 of January this year, looking at just the small price that the company have. I have arrived in Budapest at the airport and I have called as it was written on the voucher approximately 10 times in about one hour. Nobody responded to that number, than I called booking.com, renting the car through them. Not even Booking.com could find them and get a hold of them. Somebody else called to a different number and the office from Budapest center answered. I told them I was at the airport and waiting for them to pick me up, but they insisted the airport was big and to go to another parking and stay there. I had to ask several people where that was. Other rental companies wait for you in the exit lobby with a sign of your name. When I have arrived at their “office”, on a small street in Veces, the person there tried to sell me highway toll for Hungary, even if this was included in the price of the car. I told him that I was dropping the car at 4 am. After that he told me when I come back and leave the car to put the keys in the post box and to take the bus to the airport, this bus station was a few hundred meters away. I did not agree with that, so he told me that somebody will wait for me and give me instructions a how to get at to the bus station and airport, however I was not given any phone number from that person. While I was at their office, he copied my card details by hand on a paper, I asked why, and he told me for him to know where to receive the warrant back. When I wanted to drop the car, I introduced the street which I found on google of Fox Auto Rent, and when I have arrived at that Adresse, there was nobody there and everything was closed. And it wasn’t even the address where I picked the car. After looking, I called again from 3:58am at the phone number on the voucher, and I did that until 5:37, nobody answers, my flight check in already started. Not finding anybody, I have left the car in the parking at hotel Ibis at the airport, and I tried to give the keys at the reception but they wouldn’t receive them. I than tried to leave them at the airport, but to no success. Having had no other option, I took the car key with me. After I arrived in Spain, I immediately sent them the keys with DHL urgent package which was 43 euros. Now, they are saying that I have to pay for each day the car key gets to them. Even if all the problems were created by their incompetence and miscommunication. Be aware

Fantastic management and professional service; the best car rental I had in my all experience, and I rent cars wherever I go around the world. The staff is really gentle and polite, happy to help you and give advice. I am really satisfied and I will rent again from this company. I could use my debit card, other companies ask for a credit card, and this is a great bonus. Thanks again.

My booking with Fox Autorent was very VFM (value for money). Suzuki Vitara, 2 days for £45 including motorway fees. They are not based at the airport, so you need to phone them when you land, they will come and collect you from the airport, usually in the vehicle you are going to get and drive you to their premises to sort out the paperwork. The ride is less than 10 minutes, depending on traffic. You will need to drop the car off here too, but you will be driven to the airport for your flight. The portacabin office is tiny but serves only the purpose of protecting you and the staff from the elements. At the time of my visit they were doing some work, an upgrade to the place. The guys working there are polite and provide excellent customer service. I will book again.
