Great service .
Downside was waiting in the terminal for shuttle to collect and once collected , the man was difficult saying we don’t need to check the car over , when it’s very important as that’s how car companies make money one other peoples damages . Luckily they were very nice and when dropped the car back they dropped us at the terminal .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up was smooth, guys there were efficient and friendly, car was great, rent was cheap, couldn’t ask for more. Deposit was surprisingly high (normally I got 200 or so not 2200?) the 1star comments got me a bit nervous but I hope I will get my deposit back soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for the car, paperwork, value and the positive guy who dropped us off at the airport after returning the car, despite working the office on his own. ONE STAR for the information and pickup when we arrived: the information we received said that someone would meet us in arrivals but they didn't. We had to find a way to phone them, and when we managed to connect and meet up with Sandor, he gave us the rudest reception I have ever received in several decades of traveling in Europe, the US, the Middle East... Arrogant and sarcastic, incredible.

I arrived at the airport, nobody there to meet me! My booking clearly stated will meet in arrivals. I had to phone on my English number which of course was costly.
On returning the car early in the morning, the guy who met me was rude, scruffy and spoke zero English - not a nice image for any company.
On return a scuff was noted at the front spoiler. I have not used the car very much and have completely no knowledge how it got there. Its in a position where its impossible to have been done by someone else parking etc. I did NOT do this damage. I have been charged 400 EURO for the damage.
I did note that when I collected the car the guy did say "Oh you have full insurance" - work it out for yourselves!!
I have been driving now for 44 years, never had an accident, totally clean license, never even scuffed another car, van - nothing.
This is my experience of this company - your choice, your risk!!!!!!!! I have had to give one star because I couldent post else. My choice would be zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found them online. After going through their reviews I was not really sure to use them. But I did. Everything was booked through online and upon arrival at Budapest airport I just had to call them and a man arrived in between 5-10 minutes with a car what I chosed. (Make sure to save the number in your phone before you travel. I forgot to do so I had to Google it. It was easy to contact them.) In the next 15 minutes all the paperwork and check was ready and we was on our way. Drop off was also so smooth. There was no any hidden charge. I washed the car before dropping it but was informed by the staff it was not necessary. I met 2 members of the staff and both of them was professional and helpful. My experience was good with them and I will be using them in the future.
