So I booked just a couple of hours ago with this company, and made mistake of not reading the reviews first. Thank you all of you for sharing your experiences! I am cancelling the reservation first thing in the morning. I rather pay more and have less stress, than dealing with this dodgy company. You can ask why the negative review, as I didn’t even use their services yet. Correct. It’s because of the customer service. Just read their replies to the negative reviews. ZERO help given. Any other company would try to make customers feel better, make their experience slightly more positive. What Klass Wagen replies to you is: “sorry, you were too stupid no to pay for insurance, and we fooled you” As long as they have your money, they are happy. Noooo way, stay away from these people!!!

Excellent car rental company. Few minutes from the airport with their free transfer. Cars are clean and well services, staff is friendly and professional. Great prices too. After using their services for several, I really cannot complain, only recommend.

I used Klass Wagen several times and my experience was great every time. While it's located outside the airport, their shuttle service works fine and the price is competitive. I always purchase the zero deductible package, but luckily I never needed it. They always nicely explain the services at the time of pick-up and the drop-off is usually fast too. I appreciate their 0-24 hour availability, I arrived at midnight last time and left at 4am. Great experience so far!

Excellent service and excellent cars. Their customer service was always available and always helpful. Renting was easy and fair. They offer a pickup at and a dropoff to the airport at no extra cost.

We rented a car from the price was pretty good and including fully insurance. We order an Opel corsa and they upgraded us to better car for free! The car was new and very clean. When we arrived to the airport we called them and they got the place by few minutes and took us to the office, and they brought us back to the airport when we returned the car. My experience with then was very good, and i will definitely come back again.

Definitely 5 star. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good quality vehicles. This time I got the Skoda Scala. This car is amazing. Next time I hope I can get the same car. Renting is easy, conditions are clear. Pick up and drop off is super fast. Highly recommended!

The best car rent company in Budapest. Much better than Herz or Budget or Sixt. You have two options: Option A, to get a car without full insurance but left them a deposit. Option B, get the car with full coverage without deposit. We took option A and get back the deposit in 1 minute after returning of the car. Highly recommend those guys.

I booked online as KW offered a very competitive rate. Upon arrival at the airport, I saw major car rental agency office within the airport. I called their phone number to request for shuttle to come pick me up. The shuttle pickup area is Zone 2 arrival area. It took about 10 minutes to get to their office via shuttle. This is not uncommon at some airports. They did try to upsell on the insurance and other package at their office. KW replied to email questions about getting Toll tickets. We advised them we are going to Austria and there is a fee to drive to other listed EU countries, which I was aware and paid. The Highway toll ticket is not included. These can be purchased at most petrol (gasoline) stations in Hungary . If going to Austria, highway toll ticket can be purchased at a petrol station near the border. I read about the rental car return and extra charges KW imposes based on car return and their supposed damage assessment. I will be returning the car tomorrow and will update this post after my rental car return. No reissues with the rental car return. 5 stars for this rental car agency !
