Telefonáltam, elérhetők voltak, elmondták milyen email címen jelezzem a problémámat. Úgy tettem, még aznap este 10 órakor megjött a válasz, elnézést kértek és jelezték, hogy küldik a hiányzó termékeket, a sérült helyett pedig küldenek másikat. Másnap reggel jött is az értesítés a GLS-től, hogy feladták a csomagot, amit következő napon kézhez is kaptam. Mindezt a sűrű Karácsony előtti időszakban. Ez így szerintem nagyon rendben van és ezúton is köszönöm a korrekt együttműködést.
Fair company. I bought pretty much everything in the webshop before Christmas and 2 products were missing from the package and one of the products was damaged. I called, they were available, they told me what email address I would like to report my problem to. I did so, at 10 o'clock that night, the answer came, they apologized and indicated that the missing products would be sent and another one would be sent instead of the damaged one. The next morning I also received a notification from GLS that the package had been shipped, which I also received the next day. All this in the dense pre-Christmas period. I think this is very good and I would like to thank you for your cooperation.
