★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No value for money. Tourist spot with heavy prices for food that is far under average quality with small portions. Would not come again. The one star goes to the older man that was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price doesn’t match the quality of food. Worst ‘restaurant’ experience. Ordered chicken salad (no souce, plain) and the main with grilled chicken, the meat was exact the same. And we felt like coming from the back entry, smelled like ash tray. Tourist trap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this restaurant is location. Food is bland and overpriced. There was no meat in goulash what so ever, only potatoes and carrots. Staff was very unpleasant and we felt like we are not welcome... One of the waiters was very rude toward one of my friends. Overall-total waste of time and money, I mean 11€ for a bowl of bland vegetable soup.. Cmon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters was very friendly, always checking us out if we want more drinks or anything else. The waiting was pretty short and the food was amazing. I recommend the pork steak with green beans sauce, absolutely delicious. For sure coming back to eat here next time too.

1) Reading the previous reviews I'm not surprised of the many criticisms about the waiters and the place. In particular an elderly white hair and light eyes waiter (perhaps his name was Joe) . After ordering 1 main course each with my girlfriend and 1 serving of goulash to split (for a total of 53€ ) when I asked for an additional dish to split the soup, I was scolded by the waiter stating: 'this is a restaurant, if you wanted you could ask for 2 smaller portions of goulash', refusing to bring me an empty plate.
2) Prices high and there is an additional 15% on the whole menu not calculated in the written prices.
As recommended by other reviews as well, stay away from this restaurant if you don't want to ruin your day. Budapest is an amazing and cheap city, you can find way better quality/cost food and be treated way better than in this restaurant.

The proportion of the food is quite small and the taste is not appealing to be honest.
More importantly, the restaurant is exactly next to a construction site, I enjoyed the food with dusty toppings
