There are quite a few shortcomings, the 4 * exaggeration! The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view is beautiful, the inner courtyard is beautifully renovated, although the courtyard lighting is only half-used and the courtyard can only be used until 22:00 in the evening. At 10 p.m., they close and close the doors to the yard so they can’t walk in or out of the back yard. (if someone is excluded, they can run around, bang to be allowed in) The pools in the bath are small. There is a significant drop in breakfast and dinner as well, food allergies are not given enough attention, the signals are not reliable. There is not always gm bread for breakfast because it is sold out, there are 3 types of soup that are all milky, lactose sensitive people cannot eat soup. The food is very spicy, sometimes over-salted. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms smell of sewers. There is not enough wardrobe, you have to dress half of a suitcase. The fridge doesn't cool it's just an ornament. We had a good time anyway, the air is clean, there are plenty of outings.

Our favorite hotel :) The view is beautiful, the staff is generally nice, the rooms and rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. I think the hot tub offers the most beautiful panorama of the country, but we also really like the Finnish sauna outside. If one wants more peace of mind, it is worth going on weekdays because the weekends can be very crowded (especially the dining and wellness), with lots of kids, noise. I really hope that after the renovation it will remain as an affordable, cozy place and it will not become a 7-8 star NER luxury hotel. Otherwise we have to find a new favorite place :(

My couple is a vegetarian, we signaled this before we arrived, but there was no vegetarian option for dinner. In the evenings, he could only consume 1 dish of soup and garnish at times. I think non-vegetarians would appreciate it if there were 1-1 meat-free main course in the evenings. In the mornings we signaled the meatless scrambled eggs made by the staff so we could have breakfast. The outdoor pool was cold several times, but when we spoke about it, it was warming up the next day, so it would be possible to keep it warm. And on the last morning, it was so chlorine that we had to take 2-3 baths so we didn't feel the chlorine on our skin, both in smell and irritation. It was highlighted in the offer that board games can be borrowed. The board games supply was devastating. There is unencrypted (password protected) WIFI. There is no smart TV or streaming device so you can only watch basic TV shows in the evenings.
