Kedves Vendégeink!
Ismét eltelt egy év Kastélyunkban. Írhatnánk, hogy szép, eredményes, sikeres, de a covid okozta helyzetben azért felemásra sikerült. Felemásra, mert csak májusban nyithattuk ki kapuinkat Vendégeink előtt, de az év további szakasza nagyon mozgalmasan alakult. Rengeteg felújítás, változás és program színesítette életünket.
A tervezett felújítások már a bezárás alatt megtörténtek, úgymint szőnyeg- és eszközcsere, textilcserék, javítások. Wellness részlegünkön létrehoztunk két újítást: sörös és széna szaunát alakítottunk ki a pihenni vágyóknak. Éttermünk megújult svédasztalos és a’la carte étlapot kapott, játéktermünkben újabb gépeket helyeztünk ki.
Zenészeink már minden szombaton játszanak vacsoráink alatt, míg péntekenként minden alkalommal találkozhatnak bűvészünkkel. A tavalyi évben ismét megrendeztük a Parádsasvári Borfesztivált, ez idén se lesz másként! Kiemelt ünnepeink programja, különösen a szilveszteri csomagunk különösen nagy sikert aratott. A Magyar Sportcsillagok Kiállítása is további különleges ereklyékkel gazdagodott, amely már Magyarország egyik legkiemelkedőbb sportmúzeumává vált.
Szerencsére továbbra is kiemelkedő visszajelzéseket kapunk Önöktől szállodánkra, szolgáltatásainkra, kollégáinkra, étkezésekre, tisztaságra. Ennek köszönhetően a tavalyi évben sikerült elnyerni a Szállás.hu Minőségi díj 1. helyét!!!! Ezt Önöknek szeretnénk elsősorban megköszönni!
Idén se lazítunk azonban, minden erőnkkel azon leszünk, hogy csupa elégedett Vendég távozzon Kastélyunkból, ahol statisztikánk alapján 10 vendégből 8 visszatérő lesz! Tervezünk meglepetéseket, apró változtatásokat, de a végeredmény garantált lesz! Ezt biztosan ígérhetjük!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't take a shower as there was a water interruption. They could have informed us in advance as they were already aware of the problem. Very poor service. The Receptionist told us that it was not their fault. I will never ever spend my money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic castle ambient, very cool if you are into this stuff BUT the food was waaay below our expectations. The breakfast is terrible quality from a 4* hotel, the dinner is bearable. The breakfast included cream cheese and other ingredients which you can buy in the cheapest grocery shops. My girlfriend needed gluten-free options, which they said they have but she had like 0 or 1 option from the 4 available types of food for dinner. The wellness facilities were quite ok. Oh yeah and you have to pay for the parking even though the place is in the middle of nowhere, so most people will arrive by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience! Worth for money. Peaceful and cosy place. Buffet breakfast and dinner included. You can enjoy lunch in some restaurants nearby although you can order food in the hotel too. One old waiter in the hotel was very impolite but other staff are very nice! Not sure if all of them can speak English because my wife is a local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious hotel among the hills of Marta, North-Eastern Hungary. Took the Mihály Suite during our stay, it was really glamorous with the huge room and its gorgeous interior, private jacuzzi and we even had a sauna of our own.
Why do I give only four starts then? The cuisine was disappointing compared to the gracefulness of the hotel, it as slightly modest. That was true to the selection of drinks in the bar. By the way, there was different pricing for the same drink at the bar, at the restaurant, at the café and they had a fourth price for it in the room's minibar. Weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice looking place. The castle and the park is great. The room in our apartment was clean but really noisy due to the wellness water pipes and technology running in the walls (two from the three bedrooms were suffering from this but at least AC was available).
Meals were nothing special and the variety was poor. The staff was friendly and helpful but sometimes the waiters were too busy and were lacking capacity in picking up the used cutlery.
The wellness provides the basics so if you are into a water park experience then this is not for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience in this Castle Hotel with a beautiful surroundings. Stayed in a cosy romantic room, all staff was professional, helpful and easily approachable. Warmth from the underfloor heating is a great idea. Half board had a good choice of tasty fresh food, let it be breakfast or dinner.
Wellness part is clean and staff there were helpful too.
