Worse customer service I’ve ever encountered my entire life. Payment was not successful so left and ended up realizing 10min later that it was paid over 3 times and when I came back to find a solution, they were SO rude!! And even the manager was a big disappointment as she kept talking in Hungarian and didn’t even bother to say a word to me. WORSE H&M STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. > I still count on filling an official complaint regarding the girls behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is stunning and the prices are awesome. The only problem is that the whole place is covered in mirrors, makes me dizzy and have a panic attack. At some point i was not sure where i was inside of the building, my brain was not sure if i stepped on a moving escalator or a normal stair. It was an awesome place, but made me dizzy and scared by the end… must be hard to maintain and work in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying right in he middle of this shopping street and it was a vacation with wife and kid, so there was no way i could escape this shop. There were some nice pretty clothes and the place was huge.Its pretty Big store. Nice collection. Ended up buying clothes for my kid and wife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge, and beautiful interiors! This store makes you feel like you're in an extremely luxurious brand. The store is enormous, which means there is a huge stock, even in the items on sale, and has a historic charm to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M in the most beatiful building :) I give 3 stars to let them know that interrupting music woth noisy voice about the 10%off with the first registration is sooooo irritating that You can see and feel it on every customer .
