J	Julianna Pintér on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don’t want to eat fast food in the Westend Mall then it is a very good place to eat tasty italian food and feel like you are in a restaurant ?? It is a franchise you can find this type of italian restaurant in many places in Budapest. It is on the floor where the cinema is. ?we really like the italian TOMATO SOUP here. It is very tasty, sour and a bit spicey ?they make very fresh LEMONADE from fresh fruits. It is a bit sweet for me. ?they have super good STRAWBERRY WINE ??. You really need to try it? ?you can pay with cash, card and “szépkártya” ✔️they speak English Improvement points: ?the tables are small and too close ro each other ?waiters are not in standard uniform, hard to recognize and they are not really fast ?the place is mostly full and there is no bar area or place where you can wait for a table but you need to stand in front of the restaurant, where people come and go to the escalator..not convenient ?our cheesy crouton stuck to the napkin when they served the soup ?prices are high RECOMMENDED ?if you enjoyed my comment and pictures, press a like on it in google maps. C	Christie Michal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to seat us 38 minutes before close, and declined to allow us to order takeaway. It may be worth updating restaurant opening hours to the KITCHEN opening hours, since that's when people can eat.
I	Ina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good wine, tasty food coming in big portions, nice staff who speak English. The internet connection is very poor to inexistent, could've been useful as I had a few hours to kill.

Italian deco, one entire wall covered with shelves of home-made looking tomato juice and olive oil bottles, the other wall displays Italian tiles; food tasted Italian enough.. The only confusion came when I asked for a simple coffee with ice-cream and I was given iced coffee with heavy cream with chocolate syrup but all was put right by the waitress.

For this kind of food, the prices are too high. Restaurant gets "2" stars because the wine was good and serviece spoke english. It seems the name fits perfectly. Its not horrible but also not that good. Just "okay".

Spinat: it was frozen spinat melted out and badly drained from the water Mozarella: it was straight out of the fridge, just sliced up The sauce: it was just instant gravy powder mix The side dish: fried potatoes were also frozen and the only hot item on the plate (main course's price doesn't include the side dish) The worst was the price because they are asking for a premium and tip is included The only saving grace were the kind waitresses

I ordered spaghetti, it was completely tasteless, my mom ordered fish, the veggies were burnt, the fish had no salt and no seasoning, my husband ordered a pizza, that was fine i guess. One of the waiters was really arrogant, other one was nice. I do not recommend the place.
