We brought an almost brand new Italian bike with a gearshift, and a broken spoke had to be replaced. They had the bike with them for a week, today we got it back in a condition where there are no words for it. The 1 pc. instead of a black spoke, a metallic spoke was fitted, the Italian factory chain guard could not be dismantled, so it was taken off the bike broken into pieces. Instead, we got a clear plastic, not plastic for this bike as a chain guard (it costs 1,900 ft according to the price tag left on it), which was tied to the bike with quick-release plastic. The factory paint around the chain guard was knocked off the bike. For all this, they asked for 12,000ft, in exchange for ruining a one-month-old, almost brand-new Italian bike. The bike should have replaced a piece of spokes ... they managed to put this together as a "specialist". It’s the pinnacle of stubbornness, gnawing and incompetence, all driven by tin jaws. Avoid them in a far arc if you want to.

GREAT PLACE !!!! The seller HELP with incredible expertise. The store is great with every part from A to Z. The opening hours are long, so one can go in and inquire after work. I can only recommend the best bike shop in Újpalota.

We bought an inner tube and put it on the bike in the evening. We didn't go anywhere with him at night, and then in the morning we heard a bang without any signs, the inside cracked by itself at the joint. There was nothing in the outer tire that could have hurt the wheel either. I took it back the next morning to replace it, but apparently it didn't, claiming it was "a quality product, never made it by itself and I can't prove anything by any means that the product was faulty and not us"

Webshop order canceled without justification. Respectively, the cancellation email wrote that if I care why it was deleted, I should still follow it. Unfortunately, you have to give it 1 star, even though this bike shop is not so worthy. I do not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been to the store several times because it’s close, but I’ve always regretted it. They only count on people if you specifically spend money. When I bought a bike for 150,000 (2016), they were of course helpful. When I took him back to the first service station (not I figured it out, they told me to go back with him after about 100km), why did I go? They almost denied buying it from them. Do I have a complaint? They didn't even look at the bike. Of course, because I didn't go to spend money. The man who I think is the owner because he is always there, in a phlegmatic, condescending style, presents himself as a knife opener. Today I went in to inquire about the price of a specific service. Well it's so hard to say, copied back, hourly rate, etc ... And I say how many man-hours does the task take? Well, you don't know ... It doesn't matter. In the meantime, he was watching a movie on his laptop, he got stuck several times because he was very involved in the film ... I say then I want to buy a saddle, I saw it in the webshop, I dedicate 7-8000ft to it. The copying went again ... Of course there was no offer for that much, but we were already at the 25-30 thousand saddles. I say good, then I'll buy 11 thousand, I'd pay with a nice card (because there are several places on the net that accept nice cards), yeah, well it can't be. I'll tell you why, it's written out. It's a copy again, that it could have been a long time ago, but now it's not very much, just renting a bike, etc ... So again, I wasn't good at kuncsaft, because I didn't leave a lot of money with him. A real money-hungry, no-nonsense company asking for a pepper price for zero work and zero service. I knew the shopkeeper was there for the buyer and not the other way around, but they seem to be sitting back to back here on the horse. I don’t recommend it to anyone, in fact, I can even tell my negative opinion about the business where I can.

I do not recommend them to anyone. They ask for a horror amount for Kamu's work. Towards the end of fall 2020, I brought in my bike to replace a spoke or center the wheel. I told the guy that I was going to put him to his winter sleep, for which he strongly recommended the great general service, through which they would completely review the pair of items, oil them, and so on. I put a little over 20,000 HUF, but I was with him to put it right. I went for it two days later, the spokes replaced, the wheel centered, the chain also looked cleaner. He said the center axle was also disassembled, relubricated, and so on. I took the bike home and then put it away (I live for about 5 minutes). In the spring I took it out, went with it about twice for 10 minutes, then for the third time I started to click and minimally jump the middle axle, and another spoke also popped. I took it back, I asked what could be wrong, to which he began to explain that he had done everything professionally and he was not responsible for anything. I wanted to buy a spoke from him, but he said he would only give if he replaced it and I would pay for the replacement as well. After that, I took the bico to another location, where they disassembled the center axle, which showed no trace of any service (it was shown). In the other place, now, in front of my eyes, they had done the things the gentleman had stated, and they had replaced the center axle and asked for a total of 9,000 HUF (the new part was also included in the price).

I have never been disappointed in this place. I was in line soon and offered a solution to the problem (I wanted a more comfortable steering wheel with a matching grip).
