During our stay we had a hard time to contact owners with any questions or requests. No one answered the phone.
We never received promised bottle of vine.

Right on the edge of a bohemian quarter. Nice atmosphere in the streets. Variety of bars and eateries. Budapest is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay is a great value for money; the apartment was very clean, with new looking fixtures, and sleeping in the bed loft and on the sofa sleeper was very comfortable, dont let the sofa/sleeper idea scare you, it's very sturdy and comfortable. There were several little extras I was surprised came with this price point, a little Budapest magnet to take with us, water in the fridge, and even some slip on slippers new in the package for us. We were instructed on self checkout when we got here, another plus, no calling and checking out, the only slight negative is a somewhat complicated locking system. I will definately stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never returned me my deposit of 150€. When we left the room we dropped the keys in a dedicated box. We called two hours later to confirm if everything is okay, the answer we got was Yes. Later on the property manager told the booking agency (Agoda) that they cant return the deposit as the room was not in proper condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building looks very run down from the street, but don't let that fool you - the apartments are beautiful and modern. I stayed for 7 nights with my mother and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials but I would have hoped for some salt and sugar. It's very inconvenient having to buy a big packet of salt only to use it for a week for breakfast, and then throwing it away. Another minus is that our apartment was quite narrow and we had to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor every time (4 sets of stairs). Despite that, it's a very good place to stay and the location is absolutely wonderful - we rarely had to use public transport as everything was within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented long term from them. The apartments are very clean. But at the end in the name of painting they cut a huge portion of my deposit. Be careful of that. Also there was no privacy as the owners would come knocking on the door every now and then without prior notice.
