★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vigyázat, átverés! Senki se vásároljon innen. 21. októberében vásároltam tőlük, azóta nincs áru. Természetesen a rendőrségi feljelentést megtettem. Csak eltakarodnak idővel.
 Watch out, scam! Nobody buys from here. I bought from them on October 21st, no goods since. Of course, I made the police report. They just cover up over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az 1 csillag a legalacsonyabb értékelés, pedig szívem szerint 0-t adnék nekik.
1 hónapja megrendeltem, és kifizettem a megrendelésemet, amiről 2 e-mail után megerősítő üzenetet küldtek. Azóta legalább 10 levelet küldtem nekik, összesen 1 reakciójuk volt, amiben hitegettek, hogy utánanéznek a rendelésnek, és visszajelzést adnak. Azóta sem történt semmi, a telefonos ügyfélszolgálatuk egy előre felvett szöveg, amiben tájékoztatnak, hogy írjak nekik e-mailt, mert jelenleg nem tudnak telefonokat fogadni :)
Személyesen szerettem volna ellátogatni hozzájuk, de a google maps képei alapján 76% esély van rá, hogy a telephelyen másnap, vese nélkül ébrednék fel, így azt inkább kihagytam.
A rendőrségi feljelentést én is meg fogom tenni, de valószínűleg a rendelésem értéke volt a tanulópénzem.
Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating, although I would give them 0 in my heart.
I ordered 1 month ago and paid for my order, which was confirmed after 2 emails. Since then, I’ve sent them at least 10 letters, they had a total of 1 reaction in which they believed they would look into the order and give feedback. Nothing has happened since then, their telephone customer service is a pre-recorded text informing me to email them because they are currently unable to receive phones :)
I personally wanted to visit them, but based on the pictures on google maps, there is a 76% chance that I would wake up at the site the next day without a kidney, so I preferred to skip it.
I will make the police report too, but probably the value of my order was my tuition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos csak rossz a tapasztalatom tudom megosztani. 2021.novemberében rendeltem az oldalukról. Azóta sem kaptam meg a rendelésem nem válaszolnak az e-mailekre a telefonos ügyfél szolgálat nem fogadja a hívásokat. Még a mai napon is működik az oldal és továbbra is csapja be a vásárlókat.
Unfortunately, I just have a bad experience I can share. I ordered from their site in November 2021. Since then, I have not received my order did not respond to emails the telephone customer service does not accept calls. Even today, the site works and continues to fool customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még véletlenül se rendelje senki ettől a cégtől. Ha még is átutalta a vételárat csak a rendőrségi feljelentés marad! Telefonon nem elérhetőek, e-mailre nem válaszolnak, megrendelt árut nem küldik!!!
Don't even accidentally order from this company. Even if you have transferred the purchase price, only the police report will remain! They are not available by phone, they do not answer e-mails, they do not send the ordered goods !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Április 13-án rendeltem tőlük, ki is fizettem. Online megkaptam a számlát, de a termék még mindig sehol. Felhívni nem lehet őket, emailekre nem reagálnak.
Ne vásároljon innen senki!!!!!
I ordered from them on April 13th and paid for it. I received the invoice online, but the product is still nowhere to be found. They cannot be called, they do not respond to emails.
Don't buy from here anyone !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Február 14-én 3 hónappal ezelőtt rendeltem tőlük, ki is fizettem a megrendelésemet. Azóta sem érkezett meg. Már 5 emailt írtam azóta sem reagáltak, telefonon pedig nem lehet elérni a céget. Nem ajánlom senkinek, hogy innen bármit is rendeljen, mert csak futhat a pénze után.
On February 14th, I ordered from them 3 months ago, and I also paid for my order. He hasn't arrived since. I’ve written 5 emails since then they haven’t responded and can’t reach the company by phone. I don’t recommend anyone order anything from here because you can only run for your money.

Ahogy az előttem lévő személyek, én is így jártam. Már lassan két hónapja indítottam a megrendelést, illetve az utalást és azóta semmi, elérni lehetetlen őket.
Eddigi próbálkozásaim:
- fogyasztóvédelemnél bejelentés
-OTP-nél az utalás visszahívása
-A cég a shoprenter.hu weboldalán keresztük készítette a webshopot, ezért feléjük is jeleztem, hogy szüntessék meg a szolgáltatást a cég felé, hogy más ne járjon így
-Békéltető Testület felé jelentve
- Online vitarendezési platformon keresztül jelentve
Nobody buys from here !!
Like the people in front of me, so did I. I have been launching the order or the referral for two months now and nothing has been available since then.
My attempts so far:
- consumer protection notification
-Return the reference for -OTP
-The company created the webshop on the shoprenter.hu website, so I also indicated to them that the service should be terminated towards the company so that no one else would do so.
-Reported to the Conciliation Board
- Reported through an online dispute resolution platform

She just told that I should order from the site. However, on the site future clients are asked to call if they want to obtain an offer for bigger orders. Completely unacceptable costumer service.
