Tovabba, szeretnem kiemelni egy TAMAS nevu munkatarsukat, aki minden alkalommal keszsegesen es rendkivuli baratsagos hangnemben allt a rendelkezesemre. Koszonom.
Vegezetul, amiert csak 4 csillagos az ertekelesem, es ezzel csupan egy epito kritikat kivanok megfogalmazni, az a kovetkezo dolog. Nagyon is illene a leadaskor egy alkalmazottnak ott lenni, es a berlovel kozosen atnezni a gepjarmuvet. Ezzel megkimelnek a berlot kb. 100 foto elkeszitesetol, es az esetlegesen felmerulo kerdeseket, problemakat szemelyesen, meg helyben orvosolni lehetne. Ez sok mas orszagban mar bevett gyakorlat.

Az ügyfélszolgálatuk 1 éve nem válaszol, arra, hogy az ő félretájékoztatásuk miatt miért kaptunk bírságot Olaszországban. Igaz ez az olasz és a magyar ügyélszolgálatra egyaránt.

Their customer service has not responded for 1 year as to why we were fined in Italy for their misinformation. This is true for both the Italian and Hungarian prosecution services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'll begin with the summary, it's a FRAUD!!. I visited Debrecen last October and rented a car from Hertz airport desk. I was asked by the representative to exam the car that there are no scratches or damages but nothing mention to check underneath the car, when I returned the car "there was suddenly" a huge dent underneath the car (the one who examined it needed to go underneath the car to find it), no explanation were needed and I got billed for 300 euros, I am sure it wasn’t from our trip, but up until now no one from Hertz returned my emails - over a week.
I don't know if its Hertz or the culture of Hungary (this is not the first time I'm hearing about car rentals frauds in Hungary and I was warned about it before but never though it will happen in a global company). Remember, when you get a car be sure to check even its engine, symbols on car and its underneath.
