Több százezer forintért rendeltünk, DE NEM PENÉSZES CSEMPÉT ÉS JÁRÓLAPOT! Még a műagyag zsugorba tett falicsempe műanyag csomagolása is penészes volt!!! Minden egyes járólap csomagot nekem kellett vastag cellux -al átragasztani, mert mállott szét, mivel tiszta víz volt az egész szállítmány!!! Undorító! Senkinek sem ajánlom a céget!!! A Zalakerámia termékek szépek - jók! A logisztika sem sikerült igazán! - bár csak 4db járólap tört pontosan félbe, ami nem érdekes, hiszen szegélynek tökéletes lesz! Március 1-én e-mailt írtak, hogy áprlisban fogják gyártani, várok-e. Vártam. Május 9-én én hívtam őket telfonon. Közölték, hogy a gyártó nem mond biztosat, ha gondolom, vegyek más lapot. Miközben a megrendelt lapra vártam, mindenhol kb. 30%-kal lettek magasabbak az árak. A kiválasztott lapot a mai napig árulják a webshopban, akciósan. I ordered a discount floor tile at the end of November. They called in January to arrive in February. An email was written on March 1 to see if it would be produced in April if I was waiting. I was waiting. On May 9, I called them on the phone. It was reported that the manufacturer is not sure if I think I will buy another sheet. While I waited for the ordered sheet, everywhere approx. Prices were 30% higher. The selected page is still sold in the webshop to this day.

Nagy választék és jó ár/ érték arány, parkolás remekül megoldott az üzlet előtt, raktárkiadás az épület mögötti rakodótérben kényelmesen. Large selection and good value for money, parking is great in front of the store, warehouse is conveniently located in the loading bay behind the building.

Volt 4 db törött csempe (a 40-50 dobozból összesen), amit pótoltak egy pár napon belül, viszont a posta azt ripityára törve hozta ki. Segítettem a reklamációban egy postán kitöltött jegyzőkönyvvel és most, egy hét után várom a pótlás pótlását. (Akármit csinál a posta, nem fogom reklamálni, mert mindent megtett a cég, hogy én elégedett legyek.) Ajánlom mindenkinek, árban, határidőkben, mindenben profik, ügyfélszolgálat felkészült és kedves.. csak így tobább :) Köszönöm! There were 4 broken tiles (out of a total of 40-50 boxes) that were replaced within a few days, but the post office broke it out. I helped with the complaint with a report filled out in the mail and now, after a week, I look forward to the replacement. (Whatever the post office does, I’m not going to complain because the company has done everything to make me happy.) I recommend it to everyone, in terms of price, deadlines, everything is professional, customer service is prepared and kind .. just like that :) Thanks!
