Very very bad! Dirty, unfriendly, loud… no hotel - its a motel!

We were so excited to try the Anna restaurant after the pandemia rules let us sit outside on the terrace. The environment is beautiful, the look of the place is modern, comfortable and alluring. Unfortunately the staff was very unflexible starting with our order (couldn't even get a basic schnitzel) and not guest friendly at all. The only waitress they had was moody, almost rude, arrogant, definitely had an attitude and she didn't like us. But hey this can happen, all is about human connection so no problem. However she and I guess the chef were extremly slow. Even though only two tables were occupied we had to wait 45 minutes for just the dessert, that is I could only order one because I requested to see the waitress. She had no interest in the guest, were in the back all time. All in all she had not too many usable skills for catering, hospitality, customer experience or even in general customer service. The food looked and tasted good but weren't great, the meat and liver were slightly undercooked, the crepes were burnt on one side, but of course we appreciated the opportunity that we could spend some time outside at a restaurant. And finally everything is a little overpriced considering that it was a forgettable experience.
