DO NOT COME HERE! The dinner and breakfast are terrible and monotone, but that is not the worst of it. When we got to our rooms most of us were met by disgustingly dirty rooms that seem to have not been cleaned for weeks. In the corners of the room the carpet had noticable mold and when we pushed our beds apart there were chewed off nails, general trash and used toothpicks. My second morning I was chilling in my bed when suddenly I felt something walking on me - it was a cockroach. The stairway by my room smelled of mold, cigarettes and death. After our first night I was accused of breaking the bed I slept in - I hadn't even noticed that it was broken, because, after we checked in, almost immediately we had to go to a concert as we were running late and when we finally got back we went to sleep. After breakfast we had to go again to a concert and when we got back I was accused of breaking the bed, that was already broken. I don't mind that, as I know it's a bunch of lies, but I wonder how they noticed if we hadn't even noticed, because the room hadn't been cleaned. Of course, they asked for compensation which we refused to pay, as we had nothing to do with the broken bed. Personally, I think that this place is some sort of tourist trap, as you can get charged for so many dumb things. Also we noticed that someone had gone trough our luggages as it wasn't the same as we left them. Nothing missing, but still not cool. All in all - it would be better to sleep on the street than this nasty and scammy place.

Please do not stay here, I beg you from the bottom of my heart. A level that this "hotel" has sunken to has to be so difficult to reach, that, frankly, the management should be awarded. I cannot stress this enough, do not touch this hotel with a 15 foot pole, even if you are being harried on by all of hell's demons. But, of course, this is just this and that, so let's move on to how this cream of the crop, top level hotel operates. First off, on trying to park our bus in the parking lot, we quickly found out that the entrance to it was almost twice as small as it should be. This resulted in us being late to our concerts, since we had to get out of this cursed establishment. Upon entering our room and moving the beds, we found out that the cleaners had neglected their duties and just swept everything under the beds, not to mention there being some objects meant for activities not suited to a civil discussion. The towels were also dirty, and the bathroom was smelling strongly of canalisation, wafting the stench all troughout the room. Just one minor detail to add, the sink was also broken. I dont have much problems with the furnishing of the rooms, but the cabinets and closet were in a state of extreme disrepair. To keep the electricity, by extension the lights and the AC on, we were meant to keep our keycards in a slot. For anyone surprised at this, you can use any old equally sized card. Talking of the AC, it automically turns off when the windows are opened and periodically leaks a mystery liquid. Now, to the food. We had paid for both dinner and breakfast, both of which were suprisingly monotone. Every day for dinner we were given white rice, fries, and variations on the theme of chicken. That aside, dinner was ok, not looking at the weird taste of the water. The breakfast, now thats a different beast entirely. Every day, the milk was mildly spoiled, and the scrambled eggs contained eggshells. For those thinking, "well, just eat something else," there was nothing else, not counting bread and some beverages, and admitedly cereal. If all this has not convinced you, maybe the fact that almost every room had some kind of bugs, ranging from bed bugs and ants to cockroaches, will do the trick. Admittedly, we were able to move rooms after some long and brutal parlaying.

Stayed here for one night. For three star hotel, and for the price you pay, this is excellent. Rooms are nice and clean, bathrooms also. Breakfast was OK, not to much to choose from, but tasty. If you are used to five star hotels, this is not your thing, otherwise all recommendations for this hotel. Right in front of the hotel is bus stop, local bus driving straight to town center.

The carpet in the room was stained. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. The only time a cleaning woman came was when we were in the room, and despite the fact that we told her not to enter, she came in. It was really unpleasant. A single roll of toilet paper in the whole room. Every time we ran out we had to go down to the receptionist and ask for more. Every time we only got a single roll, so we had to go through this 4 times during our stay. The sheets were made of some king of horrible synthetic material that made us sweat really profusely... And the worst for last. We had breakfast included in the price. However, the food was barely edible, not to mention the unsanitary conditions of the buffet, but the worst of all, the woman in charge of the buffet...how should I put this...was unbearable. The dining room is pretty big but no matter where we sat we could hear her talking to other staff. At one point she started talking to a woman at the table next to us. She told her how her husband died of some kind of infection that caused sepsis and whatnot. Our appetites were gone instantly. Also, the receptionist were so unprofessional that they actually cursed a few times in our presence for screwing up something in the computer system (they screwed up, I mean). All in a, a horrible experience. The sauna was nice and clean tho.

I don't think the hotel can be classified as 3 stars. The room was relatively clean. The sheets were clean but old and ragged. However, the bathroom was disgusting as you can see from the photos. You can see that they have cleaned it but without putting much effort and with time it has become revolting. The water could not flow through the bathroom sink due to bad incline and you were constantly up to your ankles in soap water which made it even more loathsome. The food in the restaurant was simply terrible. It tasted like nothingness. You just put something in your mouth with different colours but that is it.... The location was not bad and it was easy to reach the centre. Overall, I would not recommend!

The hotel wasn't that bad, the food however was nothing special and we skipped breakfast almost every morning we stayed there. We were on the last floor and everything was okay there. As you can see the view from up there is really pretty!

At -7 outside, our room barely got any heating, we couldn't sleep all night. And when we talked about it to the reception woman, who barely speaks English, she denied this problem instead of trying to solve it ! The worst hotel ever!!
