Excellent location near tram and metro station. Many restaurants and cafes in close distance.
Hotel is new, very clean and quite place.
Owners were super nice and helpful.
We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager and her *dog* was soo rude and soo unprofesional.
If you want to do reservation do it on booking. If you pay directly they will give you the most noisy and smallest room. When we complain the manager was soo selfish and rude. She didn"t do nothing to make us feel better in the hotel. I have never seen soo rude manger and her hudband.
Windows are very BAD,
Stuff are nice and helpfull.

We loved the blue velvet and golden details about the whole place.
Staff is generously helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is à la carte with a handful of options and delicious.
There‘s free coffee (Tassimo Capsule machine) on the room which gets a capsule refill every day.
A minibar on the room offers a few options for a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is really stylish and beautiful. Location is few step away from a night life, synagogue - definitely a good one and nothing to complain. The rooms are pretty small, but clean. Service is a bit too slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is beautiful but that's about it. We e-mailed in advance about us being vegetrarian and they told us there are plenty of options for us at the breakfast. There were actually only one - a smoothie.
The beds were really firm, I got sore in my shoulders and hips. They didn't have an extra top mattress to lend us. The air conditioner was on heat and we actually had to turn it off to make the room cool enough to sleep without breaking a sweat.
The worst of all - they turned off the hot water in the morning the day before we left and it didn't come back before we left. The guests weren't informed about this and we couldn't shower for two days. When we checked out we asked for some kind of compensation but according to the manager it wasn't possible since it was due to a technical issue. I've never visited a hotel were the management were so unwilling to help. Next time we'll choose at least a four star hotel because the service here was not at all what we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 2 nights in the hotel, and it was awesome! Decoration is unique, room is nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious, it's á la carte, but you can have unlimited amount of drinks, bakery and fruits. Staff is very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is perfect, almost every important sights of Budapest is vety close. We would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

Perfect for a romantic weekend.❤️ Staff is very helpful and kind. We really liked the breakfast options. They even have a small bar at the lobby. The decoration of the hotel is very unique, and rich in details. Great experience!
