Excelent service, the staff is very very kind, the cakes are small, but sublime in taste! It really worth the money, being surrounded with such beautiful architecture and piano music.

Absolutely stunning and the architecture design is just mind blowing. Tourist groups flock in every once a while to walk around and take photos. Felt like it's like Americans go to NYC during Christmas because the place is too awesome! My phone battery died and they were so nice to charge it for although I am not a guest there. While waiting, I had some dinner and have to say the homemade bread and room temp parsley butter were actually the highlight for me which is complimentary. I guess everything outside of US tastes much better, lol. Phone was still charging so not food images. Highly recommend to try their dessert menu. The presentation is top notch and very creative.

Getting inside you just can't stop wondering how this area would look back in the day - when it was a gallery of shops and a street full of people. The dessert I tried was really nice - I would love it though if the staff were more friendly and less formal. That last part though should be the management's fault and not the individuals'. I will come here again and I will see if you have taken my review into consideration. I hope you will ?????

The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the stay was overall very nice. However, the suites were significantly smaller than other Hyatt’s I have stayed at in the last to where it was almost just a larger hotel room. The restaurant at the hotel was subpar and not up to standard with the usual Hyatt properties. Service was very slow, rude at times, and there was an instance where they forgot to put in our order and we waited an hour and a half for our meal. When our meal finally came it was cold and not very good. They ended up taking off two drinks but this was only about $10 from our meal. For a 5* hotel, we expected much better compensation for such a delay and low quality meals. After talking with the hotel about this, they still only took off one wine off the minibar bill. Overall, not impressed with this. Last thing is the Club lounge was still not operational due to “COVID”. This should no longer be a thing considering no one is wearing masks and the city is back to operating normally. Not being able to go to the lounge for drinks and food in the evening greatly devalues the value of the Globalist status and was not appreciated. Using COVID as an excuse in 2022 to drop benefits for hotel guests in unacceptable.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel during our trip to Budapest in March 2022. Upon arrival you are instantly in awe due to it grandness and stunning architecture. The staff were lovely, and always ready to help with any questions or issues you may have. We had arrived early and we were happily informed that our room was ready and we could check in. The room itself is perfect! It is quite large, with a king size bed, soft bedding, bed side tables, two arm chairs, a bench, smart TV, full length mirror, ironing board, iron, safe, cupboards, floor to ceiling windows with incredible city views and black out blinds. There is also a mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine, free still and sparkling water, a selection of teas and a kettle. The bathroom was also spacious with a lovely shower, amenities, bidet, and even speakers that are linked to the TV. This hotel has lots of unique features which we loved, such as the spa and pool, including sauna, infrared sauna, and steam room. This is free to use for all guests. They also provide treatments at a price. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best we had in Budapest! The menu has plenty to choose from in terms of food and drink and the service is impeccable. The location is also a plus as it is situated in the main shopping district, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. It is a 26 minute walk from the Citadella and 30 minute walk from Buda Castle. Overall, we had the perfect stay and would happily book this hotel again.

For many times we have enjoyed the luxurious comfort and fantastic cuisine of the Paris Court. As a globalist, we got the Heritage Collection Suite. In fact, we have always been provided with this panoramic room, just over 15 times in just over a year. We were able to occupy the room as early as nine in the morning. This time with a birthday surprise, a bottle of chilled champagne and a cake specialty. The hotel is the most beautiful hotel building in Budapest. Everything is a short walk from the Citadel in Buda. I could actually list the excellence of the hotel, in a word perfect!

Marvellous! We stayed here for two wonderful nights during February. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! Professionals and always smiley! The hotel is a beauty - lobby area is one of the nicest ones I ever seen, so many details and colur - a piece of art! The room was elegant, clean and specious. Location is great, central and a walk distance from many of Budapest’s main attractions. Food at the restaurant (morning and lunch) was delicious and always nicely served along great selection of local wines. The overall experience was amazing - highly recommend!
