G	Gábor Diósi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The renovated Paris Passage is a true spectacle. Beautiful carved wood interior accompanied by exquisite glass domes. It houses a hotel and coffee house. It is a must see for everyone in Budapest!

It is now abandoned and going to be restored into a hotel, but if you are lucky you can find the doors open and check the amazing retro interior inside the passage. You feel like you are in a movie and I hope it will be a nice restoration.
k	kukajano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been two times in this hotel within 7 weeks. First time, i hade a lot of observations, particularly regarding the F&B, but also the service level. For the second visit, the stuff and management has really tried to pay attention on every aspect. I have been upgraded, free breakfast, you name it. Thanks!. However, it´s plenty left on the service side, including the restaurant.

M	Mrs FS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building itself is magnificent (inside and outside), definitely worth a 5 star-rating. Unfortunately the experience in the café was less pleasant. While the quality of the beverages and food was good, the service staff was rude, their attitude overbearing (and I'm used to a certain level of grumpiness from the old Viennese cafés). However, this shouldn't be a reason to skip a visit, just don't expect the service staff to be welcoming.
s	suzi collings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with the obviously gobsmacking architecture and interior design, but all aspects of the hotel experience were 5 star. Professional staff from check-in to check out, wonderful breakfast with an a la carte option (very reasonably priced) and a very thoughtful care and attention to personalising my visit. My only criticism is that the jacuzzi could have more time bubbling and not resting, and it would be nice if the spa was open earlier in the day.

If you’re ready for expensive pricing and horrible service that will ruin your mood then you should come. I honestly think that any interior isn’t worth the rude service.
