This place is not for the younger generation based on the looks and the majority of the visitors. I mean the quality is okay, don't get me wrong, but there is an oldschool vibe which reminds you more of your grandmother and not your parents. More 70s early 80s then 90s if you know what I mean. The wellness part is nice, there are some saunas available and the health-bath is a joy. The food is also good, BUT, and here comes the big BUT. I don't know if this is a remnant of the old ways or just generally never been to a place like this, but when I pay for breakfast and dinner... I believe I'm also paying for drinks as well. Not alcoholic, but basic stuff like juice or water. This was not the case, and it wasn't even highlighted on the booking, nor at the reception. The room prices are already higher then regular Hungarian prices, okay you pay for wellness here, but asking 900 HUF for a water and an apple juice is sheer robbery. Besides the overall vibe of the hotel and the fact you need to pay for the drinks at dinner, it's an okay hotel, the staff is nice, but yeah not really a place for the younger generation.

Really cozy place with outstanding kitchen. Make sure you try their buffet breakfast and dinner. The spa is really nice with indoor and outdoor pools as well. The weather was horrible when we visited but we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommended.

Good place. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Big spacious rooms. Amazing food for breakfast and dinner. Champagne for breakfast. Child feeding chair. Live music on Friday night. We were there in the beginning of September but the water temperatures was much colder as it was written. Sadly no child pool for babies. Local shops are very close. Also the spa 10 minutes walk away.

Hotel is nice. It has two buildings one across the street the other. Both buildings have wellness with their own pools and spas. Employees are friendly and helpful. I think there is a ranch close by, cause sometimes there is an odor of manure in the air.

Let it be known that our stay was during the winter, your experience may change depending on when you go. With that being said. The hotel does not provide you with water during your meals, you have to purchase it. The pools are fairly limited during the winter time. The room is sufficient although we were not able to change the temperature leaving our room too hot, while other rooms were too cold. The staff is excellent and well mannered, one of the only good things about our stay. The food is good but not great. You would expect better from a 4 star hotel. Overall I would expect better from a hotel of this caliber. Not worth the price.

The hotel is extremely old and it seems it has never been renovated since it opened in 1998. At 226 euros per night for a superior room it is definitely overpriced for what it offers, as both rooms and pool areas look and feel dated. I would have still given 3 stars if it wasn't for the unhelpfulness of some of the staff, straight rudeness of others and terrible food (worse breakfast in the last 3 weeks of vacation). I definitely didnt feel I was at a 4* superior andif you are in the area I recommend the Hotel Delibab, similar price, much better decor and pools, and the amazing Mirage restaurant (unfortunately it was sold out for our dates)

I was visiting a friend at the hotel who said that Friday night was extremely loud. If you are a light sleeper or used to a quiet sleeping environment this is not the hotel for you. I liked the pools from the outside.
