+ Close to the beach, however it's a fee paying beach and it's very expensive and you can't even bring in water
+very friendly and helpful staff
+good breakfast
+some snack options for the evening
-quite far from everything like Tihany village or the marina
-basic room
-cleaner only cleans when you leave the 'please clean my room' on the door knob

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice front desk staff, clean spacey room, 1 min walk to the Plage18 beach, good breakfast. Our room was very quiet what we really liked. Very convenient location if you'd like to run/cycle in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit run down rooms but clean. The staff is extremely nice and professional, never had that level of real hospitality in a hotel. Great breakfast, evening snacks, salads and sandwiches are surprisingly tasty and nicely presented. Staying here feels like beeeing on an island of peace.
