K	Kristof Lengyel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az utazas napjan a szallas kuldott egy sms-t, hogy tulfoglalas miatt nincs szallasunk. Kuldtek egy szamot, de aug .20-i hetvegen ott se volt hely. A tulajdonos nem segitett mas szallast talalni. Nagyon kellemetlen elmeny volt, mert regota terveztuk ezt az utat, babisittert leszerveztunk, stb-stb. On the day of the trip, the accommodation sent an SMS that we do not have accommodation due to overbooking. They sent a number, but there was no place there on the week of Aug. 20. The owner did not help to find another accommodation. It was a very unpleasant success because we planned this trip regota, organized a babysitter, etc.-etc.
B	Borbála Balázs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szép helyen van, pár perc sétára a Tihanyi Apátságtól, és az Echo étteremtől. Kellemes, antik környezet látványa fogadott minket. Egy medence is tartozik a szálláshoz, mely nyáron kiváló a hűsöléshez. A reggeli alap felszereltségű, de finom. Emellett viszont csak készpénzzel lehet fizetni a szállásért és csak a helyszínen. Egy tetőtéri, két helyiséges szobát kaptunk, a szobák mérete viszonylag nagy volt, viszont egy francia ágy mellett, egy kihúzható kanapé szolgált 3. helyként, amely annyira instabil és hepehupás volt, hogy a kényelmi alvást nem biztosította. Amellett, hogy a fürdőszoba meglepően tágas volt, a kádat a tető alá helyezték, melynek következtében a magasabb vendégek nem férnek el alatta és nem tudnak kényelmesen lezuhanyozni. A reggeli finom volt, de a kötelező felvágottakon, zöldségeken, reggeliző pelyheken és kenyéren kívül, más nem volt választható. Nice location, just a few minutes walk from Tihany Abbey and Echo Restaurant. It was a pleasant, antique environment. There is also a swimming pool, which is excellent for cooling in summer. Breakfast is basic but fine. In addition, you can pay for the accommodation only in cash and on the spot. We got a rooftop room with two rooms, the rooms were relatively large, but beside a French bed, it was a pull-out couch as the 3rd place, which was so unstable and bleak that it did not provide comfort sleep. In addition to the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, the tub, placed under the roof as a result of higher visitors did not fit comfortably under it and can not take a shower. The breakfast was delicious, but there was no other choice for mandatory cut, vegetables, breakfast flakes and bread.

Wir hatten vor ca. 1 1/2 Monaten auf Booking.com gebucht, mit Buchungsbestätigung und unter anderem schriftlichen E-Mail Verkehr mit der Unterkunft selbst! Wir standen also vor der Unterkunft und hatten kein Zimmer! Der Chef dieses Hauses hat unsere Telefonate einfach abgeblockt! Wir sollten in eine andere Unterkunft ausweichen, welche uns die Dame an der Rezeption (laut ihrer Angabe war sie nur eine Mitarbeiterin) telefonisch besorgte, was zwar sehr nett von ihr war, aber diese Unterkunft unseren Vorstellungen nicht entsprach! Diese Unterkunft würde ich keinem weiter empfehlen, da man nicht weiß, ob man ein Zimmer bekommt! Ach ja, eines haben wir noch gesehen, den POOL, der ohne Wasser, verdreckt und nicht mal geputzt war! Also keine Weiterempfehlung dieser Unterkunft!!! Our booking was canceled on the same day of arrival by Villa Katrina, allegedly due to a system error in the booking! We had booked about 1 1/2 months ago on Booking.com, with a booking confirmation and, among other things, written e-mail with the accommodation itself! So we stood in front of the property and didn't have a room! The boss of this house simply blocked our calls! We should move to another accommodation, which the lady at the front desk (according to her statement she was only an employee) got us by phone, which was very nice of her, but this accommodation did not meet our expectations! I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone, because you don't know if you will get a room! Oh yes, we saw one more thing, the POOL, which was without water, dirty and not even cleaned! So no recommendation of this accommodation!

Egy kis levonás a légkondi hiányáért, bár a szobák hűvösek voltak, és felszerelték őket ventilátorral. Kutya bevihető, macska van saját ? Good location, nice surroundings, very nice staff, private swimming pool. The coffee was very delicious. Спасибо хозяевам. Угощали местной кухней которая не входила в стоимость. Отдельно даже приготовили мне ужин. ,?????? B	Beatrix Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnálatos és Felháborító, hogy utazásunk előtt 2 órával törlik a foglalásunk. (Bookingon foglaltunk) Két pici kutyával már úton voltunk a szállás felé. Semmi magyarázatot és segítségét nem kaptunk. Senkinek nem ajánljuk ezt az élményt! Tönkre tették a nyaralásunk! Kártérítést kérünk! It is unfortunate and outrageous that our booking is canceled 2 hours before our trip. (Booked on booking) We were already on our way to the accommodation with two tiny dogs. We received no explanation or help. We do not recommend this experience to anyone! They ruined our vacation! We are asking for compensation!
B	Bianka Bánki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szemelyzet nagyon kedves es segitokesz volt. Azonban a tenyezok amik miatt ezt a szallast valasztottuk: medence, wifi sajnos nem voltak elerhetoek. A wifi legalabbis a mi szobankbol nem. Az agyak nagyon kenyelmetlenek voltak tovabba reggel nem volt aram, valami lecsapta. Az elhelyezkedes, tisztasag, reggeli teljesen rendben volt. Csak kezpenzben tudtunk fizetni. A konyha hianyosan felszerelt. Nem volt nagyon rossz, de tobbre szamitottunk a penzunkert. The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the factors that made us choose this accommodation: pool, wifi were unfortunately not available. At least wifi is not in our room. The brains were very uncomfortable on the morning there was no aroma, something struck. The location, cleanliness, breakfast was perfectly fine. We could only pay in cash. The kitchen is poorly equipped. It wasn't very bad, but we calculated the penzunker for more.

We had pre-booked for an extra bed (family of 3) and what we got was the sofa bed (which was very ok) but lying on it, one can practically sink down.. Sooo uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the sofa outside. Secondly we came in mid Aug and 1 room has a fan while the other doesn't. I asked the ladies imcharge for an extra fa. coz it was ridiculously HOT. She came and I showed her the situation and she left.. Nothing.. So ended up having an overall terrible sleepless experience
