K	Koni S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist zwar sehr nett, aber die Qualität des Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr klein aber wenn man nur dort schlafen möchte reichen sie aus. Der Standort ist schön nah am Balaton, aber von den Zimmern kann man ihn nicht sehen, weil die Sicht von Bäumen bedeckt ist. The staff is very nice, but the quality of the service leaves something to be desired. The rooms are generally very small but if you only want to sleep there they are enough. The location is nice close to Lake Balaton, but you can not see it from the rooms, because the view is covered by trees.

Tv t nézni nem lehet. 2 magyar csatorna az 5 ből. Vigyél netet, mert az is gyenge. De hát vizpartra mentünk. Nem szobai programra. Direct waterfront house with a beautiful view. Own waterfront. The staff is kind. Breakfast is plentiful. (Lunch, no dinner). But everything is close. You can't watch TV. 2 Hungarian channels out of 5. You take the net, because the weak. But we went to the waterfront. Non-room program.
S	Sabine Marangoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygiene ist leider nicht vorhanden, die nur sehr kleinen Zimmer sind mit Spinnen und Spinnweben gesäumt, es wurde auch nicht einmal während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthaltes versucht diese zu entfernen, der sehr kleine Balkon, kaum Platz für einen Stuhl, war sehr verschmutzt, seit Monaten nicht gereinigt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war mit den Haaren der Vormieter verstopft. Die uns versprochene Deutschsprachigen TV Kanäle waren leider nie vorhanden, auch die klemmenden Türschlösser wurden nach mehrmaligen Reklamation nicht repariert. Für das abstellen von zwei Fahrräder wurde uns eine Parkgebühr von 6 € pro Tag verrechnet, die höchste Abstellgebühr die wir je zahlten, selbst eine Tiefgarage in der City ist billiger, uns sieht das * Hotel nie wieder. In Österreich würde nicht einmal ein Stern für diese Unterkunft vergeben, positiv ist zu erwähne, das es direkt am See liegt und die Lage wunderbar und ruhig ist. Unfortunately, hygiene is not available, the very small rooms are lined with spiders and cobwebs, it was not even during our 4-day stay trying to remove, the very small balcony, barely room for a chair, was very dirty, for months not cleaned. The drain in the shower was clogged with the hair of the previous tenants. The promised German-language TV channels were unfortunately never available, even the jammed door locks were not repaired after repeated complaints. For the parking of two bicycles we were charged a parking fee of 6 € per day, the highest parking fee we ever paid, even an underground car park in the city is cheaper, we see the * hotel never again. In Austria, not even a star would be awarded for this accommodation, positive is to mention that it is located directly on the lake and the location is wonderful and quiet.
O	Olka G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Персонал приветливый и гостепреимный. Парковка небольшая, но места всем хватает. На территории тихо и спокойно. Нам достался большой номер с террасой и отдельным выходом во двор и к озеру. Никаких пляжей городских и людных не нужно: всё есть на месте. Своя зона отдыха (шезлонги), свой пирс для купания и небольшой бассейн. Очень удобно! Уточки и лебеди - частые гости. Могу порекомендовать для тихого семейного отдыха. Из пожеланий: разнообразить завтрак (творога и каш очень не хватало), наладить работу WiFi и отремонтировать неработающую половину розеток в номере. Не далеко от виллы находится парк Zamárdi Adventure Park (через дорогу от железнодорожной станции), который я очень рекомендую для посещения с детьми. В пешей доступности есть продуктовые магазины. The staff is friendly and hospitable. Parking is small, but there is enough space for everyone. The territory is quiet and peaceful. We got a large room with a terrace and a separate exit to the courtyard and to the lake. No beaches of urban and crowded are needed: everything is in place. Its recreation area (deck chairs), its swimming pier and a small pool. Very comfortably! Ducks and swans are frequent guests. I can recommend for a quiet family holiday. From the wishes: to diversify breakfast (cottage cheese and cereals really did not suffice), to establish the work of WiFi and repair the broken half of the outlets in the room. Not far from the villa is the Zamárdi Adventure Park (across the street from the train station), which I highly recommend for visiting with children. In walking distance there are grocery stores.

T	Tim Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel right by Lake Balaton in Zamardi. Close to the beach and the Adventure Park too. Great for families with children and dogs are also allowed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here!
Z	Zsolt Barcsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and quiet location, right on the beach with direct access to the lake. Good rooms with AC's which is still a rare option anywhere in the Balaton Region. The meals were tasty and nice, not a lot of choice however which stands for both breakfasts and dinners. Actually, breakfasts were all the same, not too bad though. The music in the dining area was annoying and crawling to our nerves. I was considering 4 stars but that wouldn't have reflected how me and my family felt about the restaurant.
C	Clémence Burghardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality/price ratio We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel villa Rosa. We had a room with view on the lake which we really appreciated and the private access to the lake is definitely a huge advantage. There is also the possibility to rent bike and we were surprised to see that the bikes were really good quality ones! The garden is really nice with a pool, a spa and a soccer table. I only put 4 stars because I was not too convinced about the breakfast. The room for breakfast is underground so it is pretty sad to go down there in the morning and even if the choice of food is good, I am always really disappointed when the juice is the « powder » type. Other than the breakfast I would definitely recommend the place!
