Payed 180€ for 2 rooms and one night including breakfast. Everything was clean, calm and the women on the reception was very friendly. Its central in the city of Budapest and still not so loud in the night. You also can find some body lotion, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. My room got two windows but the only thing you can see, is the the reception and some other windows. I was quiet satisfied for the price. I will come again.

Amazing experience in Budapest. Clean hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is extremely polite, kind and available for any inconvenience. Huge breakfast buffet, loaded with any salty and sweet goods. Must stop for a couple of days on vacation in this beautiful city.

Not up to expectations, I am not sure how they are 4 star's, my experience was bad , no parking although the staff advised me to park in front of the hotel my car got clamped twice. And i had to pay a ticket. The worst housekeeping i found most of the toilet items was not available like sleepers, conditioner, etc. Unfriendly staff except a night shift receptionist. Another thing they keep you by check-in at a tiny room or you pay for upgrading

I stayed in this hotel in February and I regretted choosing this one in the first five minutes. Let me start: Firstly, I booked my room through Hotels.com . Even though I booked the room including breakfast and had a reservation document saying that, they insisted that it didn't include breakfast and we couldn't have it. They were very reluctant to help me. Secondly, I specifically choose a Smoking Room and again I showed my reservation document to prove that, they told me all the rooms are Nonsmoking. In spite of feeling furios, I accepted that and had to smoke outside in cold weather. However, they still put a threatening note in my room in my second day claiming that I smoked in the room and I had to pay extra 100 euros!!! Thirdly, there weren't any slippers in my room and had to walk on the dirty floor barefoot for 4 days. This is not a hostel guys?!! Let alone slippers, there wasn't even a soap in the room, I had to ask for it in the reception. Finally, while we were having this many problems, the manager and the receptionist were rude, they kept us waiting too long while trying to solve our problems, and in my final day, my key never worked and I had to visit reception too many times for another key, which I thought this may have been done on purpose. This hotel is not a cheap one everyone, and based on my own experience, I would definitely recommend you to find accomodation elsewhere.

It was a fantastic experience at Hotel Zenit. What worked well was: Location - It has a fantastic location, 2 min walk from the Danube river, 6 min walk from the metro station, 5 min walk from bus stop and 2 min walk from the Budapest fashion and shopping street. Most of the the attractions are walking distance from the hotel. Disliked · The bed - it was a bit hard, it could have been more softer to make it more comfortable. The AC - the Air conditioning had a mind of its own, and wouldnt cool as needed. We had to keep windows open for a while at night to keep the room cooler.
