Booked a tour of Budapest for my group. Emailed several times to confirm details no replies, only last Friday to have all my monies returned to my account with no explanation - terrible communication would not recommend

The lunch cruise was good. The buffet was extensive and delicious. However they could improve on the dessert spread.

An excellent tour in the river of the city of Budapest, I strongly recommend to go into the cruise and enjoy the tasty beers they offer...

Very nice trip! With an amazing view of the city, mainly at night! The beer crafting experience is really good! I totally recommend it!

Did the organ concert with boat cruise after. Our waitress Eszter was fantastic! Got up to grab a drink and she was already there asking if she could get it for us. Took all our drink orders for the night. She had excellent manners and English skills. Probably the best service we have had so far in Budapest

Went to the organ concert then onto the dinner cruise. Was very impressed by the organization of all the staff - the night was seamless! We had a wonderful time and would like to mention the fantastic service we received from Eszter onboard the cruise. In terms of attentiveness, it was the best service we have received in Budapest! We don't normally do such large organized tours, but I would recommend this tour for everyone (except for small children, the organ tour put s few grown adults to sleep we noticed ?).

My husband bought tickets for the wine tasting cruise to celebrate my birthday. We knew there were numerous tours available here in Budapest but we didn't know about the wine tasting one until a fellow hostel mate told us about it and I'm so glad we did this. You can purchase tickets online or at their office, with online purchase, you still have to meet at their office and get your physical ticket. The only thing i did not like about the process was that they make you meet at their office and then with a GIANT group of people, they walk you to the boat which is about half a mile away (at least). I feel like if they just send you to the boat, it would eliminate the mess of a big group crossing busy streets and stopping traffic. Anyway, aside from that, whether you purchased the wine tasting or dinner cruise, everyone gets on the same boat and you'll just get escorted to your designated table based on what you purchased. For the wine tasting, you get 7 tastings, which is essentially 7 full pours, of hungarian wine including rose, white, red and dessert. If you like any of their wines, you can also purchase a bottle and drink it during the cruise. Throughout the entire cruise, you are allowed to leave your table and wander around, go up to the top deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the city. We went in late October and the weather was just right...a little chilly at times but bring a jacket and you can hang out as long as you want! Doing this night cruise is a MUST because the views are AMAZING! If you haven't seen the Hungarian Parliament at night, then you MUST do this! It's absolutely worth the $30 for the wine tasting cruise!

The boat trip and the views are nice. But that is something that the city already offers. Dinner, on the other hand, was a disgusting buffet. And dessert was even worse. I wouldn't recommend dinner and cruise. If you are interested, just go for the cruise and drink, since you can Hava a cheaper and nicer dinner anywhere else.
