Az édesanyám a vizsgálatig nem ehetett. A rendelés május 9-én történt, visszaigazolással, hogy rendben, jönnek. A diszpécserrel 12 16 kor beszéltem, aki megnyugtatott, hogy pár perc és megjön a kocsi. Ezekután nem jött az autó, viszont a diszpécser sem vette fel többet a telefont. Az orvost fel kellett hívnom, hogy nem érünk oda. 13 órakor smsben lemondtam a rendelést. 13 10 kor szólt a kaputelefon , jött a mentő. A mentős szerint pár perce kaptak utasítást a diszpécsertől hogy jöjjenek. A szolgáltatás minősége elfogadhatatlan. Ha baleset érte a mentőt vagy elromlott az a minimum, hogy értesítsenek. Az, hogy a diszpécser nem veszi fel a telefont szintén elfogadhatatlan. Nagyon elkeserít, hogy a szolgáltató szektorban ilyen hozzáállást tapasztalok.
