★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem kaptam arajanlatot sem a laptom szervizeleserol, atvetelnel kozoltek, hogy 10.000 ft. A Macbookomra raraktak egy olyan szoftwert, amit nem tudok frissiteni, mert a frissiteshez is ujabb verzio szukseges ami viszont nem elerheto. Minden adatom elveszett, semmilyen programot nem tudok telepiteni es meg csak nem is egyeztettek velem errol. Gyakorlatilag 10.000 forintomba kerult, hogy a gepemet hasznalhatatlan allapotba kapjam vissza.
 I didn't get a quote for the service of my laptop either, they took 10,000 ft. I have software on my Macbook that I can't update because I need another version to update, which isn't available. All my data is lost, I can't install any programs and I haven't even been consulted. It cost me practically 10,000 forints to get my machine back in an unusable condition.

Nagyon pozitívan csalódtam az iDea csapatában. Korrekt hozzáállás, korrekt ár és a végeredmény jobb volt, mint amire számítottam. Ajánlom azoknak, akik kiábrándultak a lehúzós szervizekből és mindenki másnak is, aki a problémájával szervizt keres!
I was pretty skeptical because I had been scammed for service in several places.
I was very positively disappointed with the iDea team. The right attitude, the right price and the end result was better than I expected. I recommend it to those who are disappointed with the stripper services and to everyone else who is looking for service with their problem!

The employee on duty was able to replace the cord quickly, but charged me 32,000 forints. That price is way too high for the issue I had.

Came here with a broken Macbook Pro screen, by the next day they had it replaced.
They were super fast, polite and professional.
The only negative reviews I see here are about price. I understand their frustration but come on, that's what you signed up for when you've decided to purchase an Apple product.
Also, I've contacted 3 other repair shops and they all gave me a higher price.
Again, highly recommended.
