★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English people - this is the place to go if, like me, you drop your phone as soon as you get off the plane. English speaking and did it an hour despite having a relatively rare phone. You'll pay English prices but it's as good as new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them today morning regarding a P9 Lite broken screen. They said that can repair it within an hour. I went to the shop, left the phone there. I got a phone call 15 minutes later, that the price will be higher, I said OK. I got another phone call 15 minutes later that unfortunatley they doesn't have new screen for this phone, they can repair it only in 3 days. Unaccpetable cutomer service.

Fixed all of my damaged devices so far. They provide service for a reasonable price. Good value for money spent. The service provides good and experienced customer support as well.

They were kind and informative already on the phone, they searched for additional information according to the answers given so we didn't have to go there without knowing whether they have the display in stock, and the phone was really ready and working after one hour. An other big advantage compared to an official/big service shop is that they don't modify anything inside the phone in terms of software, while in the big ones they first delete all your data.
