Exceptional

The customer service in this place is incredibly bad. I have ordered my glasses last Friday. In the shop I have been told that my glasses should be ready in 4 working days. Today is the sixth working day and still nothing. Calling the shop did not bring any clarity into the matter. The shop has told me the glasses are not there (thank you captain obvious) When asking them by when they would be ready the answer was "we don't know exactly" I would not mind a fewdays of delay however on this occasion I will leave the country tomorrow so delays are a unwelcomed addition. If the shop has a 4 working day deadline to hand out the order why is it that it is still me phoning after them? Why are they not making an effort to tell me where the order is and when it would be ready? It is as simple as that. You pass your deadline and then you make an effort to clarify why to the customer. Or am I reaching for the stars here. Shame on this shop as they showcase the lowest end of customer service... I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you cherish punctuality and timely delivery of orders.

Go there only to try on stuff but do not buy it there.

I was looking for new glasses for a while and I really liked the selection at this shop. Friendly staff and good service!

Great shop with a wide selection of frames at different price ranges. The staff speaks fluent English, and is very gentle/non-invasive in their assistance (which is a tough balance to keep: between leaving the customer totally alone which is unhelpful, and not stepping away from them for a second which is very annoying). I easily get confused when having to make choices and it was very helpful to have gentle guidance and almost a non-judgemental encouragement in this shop. Regular glasses' shops that have strong white artificial light that make you look terrible in anything you try, here the light is also much better (warmer/natural) which means it's much easier to like yourself in the mirror, an important detail.
