Két fiammal kb 15 éve járok a rendelőbe , Paksi doktor úrhoz. Eddig nem volt semmi problémám, ma viszont kaptam időpontot 16.10 re, amit két nappal ezelőtt az asszisztens nővel beszéltem meg. Nem beteg a gyerekem , csak egy probléma miatt szerettem volna beutalót kapni a doktor úrtól , ami 2 perc lett volna. Persze az időpontom nem lett feljegyezve, nem tudom milyen ok miatt elfelejtettèk, egy másik család is megérkezett két kisgyerekkel oltásra ugyanabban az időpontban. Persze engem lekezelően féreállitottak , hogy majd várjak, amíg ők megkapják az oltást két gyerekre . Felháborítónak tartom, miért várnék én másik családra , mikor időpontom volt , meg is érkeztem időben , a másik család előtt ! Én munkából jöttem el, a gyerekem a mamajatol hoztam haza emiatt , nekem vissza utána munka, majd ügyvédnél volt időpontom , nem érek rá. Szemben egy olyan családdal akik látszólag is idő milliomosok két kisgyerekkel otthon ! Az megint más lett volna , ha valakit bent kezelnek és emiatt kell várnom !!! De amíg ez a huza-vona vita volt, addig rég megkaphattam volna én is az információt, amiért mentem! Sajnálom , hogy 12 éves gyerekkel nem láttak el! Hajrá Csok -os családok.

I have been going to the office with my two sons for about 15 years, to Dr. Paks. So far I have not had any problems, but today I have a date of 16.10 which I discussed with the assistant woman two days ago. My child is not sick, I just wanted to get a referral from the doctor because of a problem, which would have been 2 minutes. Of course my date was not recorded, I don’t know why they forgot, another family also arrived with two small children to be vaccinated at the same time. Of course, I was set on treating me to wait until they would get the vaccine for two children. I find it outrageous why I would wait for another family when I had a date, I arrived on time, in front of the other family! I came from work, I brought my child home from my mother because of this, I got back to work after that, and then I had an appointment with a lawyer, I can't get it. Unlike a family who seem to be time millionaires with two small children at home! It would have been different again if someone was being treated inside and that's why I have to wait !!! But while this was the tug-of-war debate, I could have gotten the information I went for a long time! I'm sorry they didn't have a 12-year-old child! Hajrá Csok families.
